This condo is located right on the Texas Motor Speedway and, except for race weekends, the entire building is almost completely unoccupied.Just 14 miles north of Ft. Worth on I-35W with convenient access to DFW Airport and minutes away from food and the Stockyards!This is the perfect getaway for anyone that loves NASCAR! 2 bedrooms (plus sleeper sofa), 2 full bathrooms, fully furnished, sleeps 6 comfortably and ready for entertaining. Additional guests will have to arrange their own sleeping arrangements. On race weekends, only 8 guests will receive tickets to be in the condo during the races.All linens and complete kitchen utensils are provided. There is a washer and dryer available in the condo during your stay. Bring your own food and favorite beverages and never leave the premises (fridge will be stocked with water upon your arrival). Catering is also available from nearby restaurants.PARKING: Available right in front of the condo and security is on premises 24/7.
