The service is really good,staff are very friendly!Was skeptical at the beginning as it’s technically a 3 start hotel, but definitely better than some of the 4 start hotel service! 尼尼莫旅遊日記L'emplacement est à 100 points et se trouve à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied de la station MRT du quartier commerçant de Sanduo. La chambre est de taille moyenne pour une personne seule. Le mur de la chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné avait de vieux tuyaux qui semblaient inesthétiques (j'ai jeté un œil dans d'autres pièces mais il n'y avait pas de vieux tuyaux). Il y a environ 5 à 6 petites fourmis sur la table chaque jour. La salle de bain commune est nettoyée régulièrement donc elle est propre, et je pense que c'est un plus qu'ils jouent de la musique pop 24 heures sur 24 ! Il y a au moins 5 salles de bain chacune, ce qui est suffisant. L'équipement de douche est vieux, certains crochets de pommeau de douche sont rouillés et desserrés et ne peuvent pas être accrochés, mais la température et la pression de l'eau sont fondamentalement correctes ! Environ 500-600 est une bonne affaire en semaine, mais si cela dépasse 1000 les jours fériés, cela n'en vaut pas la peine !

From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional! Firstly, the hotel's convenient location near the airport made it an ideal choice for transit travelers like myself. The complimentary drop-off service provided by the hotel ensured a hassle-free journey to catch my flight. The efficient and timely transport service offered peace of mind, especially when dealing with early morning departures. When it comes to service, the hotel staff truly went above and beyond. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. The reception staff were knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate individual needs were truly commendable. Moving on to the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean, and cozy ambiance. The well-appointed rooms were spacious enough to allow for a comfortable stay. The contemporary decor and tasteful furnishings added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and maintenance, as everything appeared to be in pristine condition. The hotel's amenities further enhanced my stay. IInvitéThe place is ok. The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either. They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing. As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same. Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it. Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too. The place feels comfortable and private. Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water. Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

IInvitéThis hotel is simple and located on the 11th floor of a building that is shared with 5 other ”hotels” on other floors, but I loved the beautifully immaculate and modern rooms. For its price (~$60/nt), the room (I sprang for the Exquisite room) is spacious, well-designed with plenty of natural lighting from a corner unit facing the funky, cool shaped Kaohsiung Port Cruise Terminal and I LOVE the restroom with a washlet!! and stone shower tiles, equipped with a 55” Google TV and preloaded movies / casting capabilities and general TV that made for great entertainment. The location is stellar (only a 3 mins walk from the R8 station ~ take exit 1... don't listen to Google Maps' instruction 😅) and it is hard to go wrong with the included hot breakfast + 24h snax in the lobby with the wonderful service from the entire staff as a cherry on top. It made working from this hotel for the past five days so delightful. and businesses so the elevator is almost always in use, though there are 5 lifts that move quickly. The only (and very minor; read: nit-picky) downside is that the building houses 5 ”hotels” on other floors and businesses so the elevator is almost always in use, though with the 5 lifts that move quickly, I haven't had to wait longer than 2-3 minutes to get into the next available elevator. Already looking into the Hub Hotels in Taipei when I return next year!

IInvitéThe location is awesome - right opposite the Kaoshiung Main Station. It makes a lot of places convenient for us to travel to. I also feel that for the price paid, the hotel room is great enough (space, comfort of bed, cleanliness, etc). Things to improve can be more receptive responses from the receptionist and better breakfast options.

YYeow AnnMy expereince at Kindness Hotel (Kaohsiung Hanshen) was very good, and similar to that of many Kindness hotels, professional and polite team of staff. Location was near a main shopping mall, and a 10-15 minutes stroll to the river. Rooms were spacious and clean, with simple yet nice breakfast. The hotel lobby snacks were very helpful for all guests too. Thank you very much and all the best :)

IInvitéUn sac de douceur n'est pas nettoyé dans le coin de la chambre. Il n'y a pas grand accès à l'espace de 4 personnes. Il faut trouver un parking à moi-même. Bien que le parking ait un soutien de 120 yuan, je suis arrêté à partir de 3 heures à 9 heures le lendemain matin. Le coût du parking est de 420 yuan. En fait, le projet d'extraction à air froid est également précieux. C'est étrange. Le lit sous le vent est froid, mais un autre lit est très chaud. Il n'y a pas de sensation du vent.
