THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. L'hôtel était super. Je veux juste partager avec vous sur ce lieu merveilleux. La situation est vraiment jolie. L'hôtel est vraiment vaste avec différents types de places. Nous y sommes arrivés et depuis le premier seconde le personnel de l'hôtel était si gentil pour nous. Le personnel est très professionnel, le récepteur a été très utile, pendant toute la durée de séjour dans l'hôtel, il nous a beaucoup aidés, son nom était Xiaoyan, (Anji田 Tuber家 Xiaoyan1). Nous avons passé la nuit du Nouvel An là, et nous assistons au concert de bande philippine, là où étonnant, nous avons apprécié la musique et les gens autour. Il était très bien de jouer aux printemps chauds, moi et ma femme l'auraient aimé jusqu'à mes petits où jouer sur le terrain de jeu étonnant. Le lendemain, nous avons apprécié le voyage à la usine de thé blanc et découvert l'histoire du thé et du lieu. La cuisine était vraiment délicieuse, vous pouvez trouver tout dans le restaurant. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le temps passé là-bas. Merci beaucoup pour le meilleur service 10/10.

D'une manière générale, l'hôtel appartient toujours à la catégorie des personnes de haut niveau. Le design du parc est très beau et la chambre est très large. Mais le court-plan est également très évident. Tout d'abord, la position est en fait dans une région plus chaleureuse, et le bas de la montagne est un parc de loisirs, donc beaucoup de chambres regardent en fait pas le paysage de la montagne, mais les parcs de loisirs et les bâtiments, et ont perdu beaucoup de sentiments de barbarie. Et la pollution lumineuse et le bruit du parc de plaisance pendant les petites vacances sont trop grandes pour perturber le repos. Les avantages sont de nombreux restaurants de plaisir et de manger autour. Les détails des installations de la deuxième chambre sont encore insuffisants, beaucoup de designs injustifiés ou d'erreurs fonctionnelles affectent le confort de la vie. Le service général de l'hôtel est toujours bon, le petit frère du gestionnaire réagi en temps utile et il est très pratique de vendre. Les produits de son propre restaurant sont également très bons, mais le prix est trop élevé et le prix est un peu plus bas.

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

La chambre était super et l'environnement de l'hôtel aussi. Leo, le majordome, a fourni un excellent service. L'hôtel dispose de nombreuses installations, mais je n'ai pas eu le temps d'en profiter pleinement. Si je reviens à Anji, je choisirai probablement cet hôtel à nouveau.

Il est magnifique! Une oasis de paix! Nous avons vraiment aimé avec nos enfants! Les maisons sont bien équipées, belles et propres. Le personnel est très utile et très ami! Le petit déjeuner offre une variété délicieuse. Le soir, vous pouvez manger dans le restaurant ou commander un BBQ et profiter de votre repas dans la confortable zone de repas extérieure. Vous pouvez vous détendre !

Le resort lui-même est étonnant, très propre et moderne. Parfait pour le week-end. Beauté de la nature et de grandes chambres et la piscine est divine. Le service est étonnant aussi. La seule chose est que le petit déjeuner est un peu trop basique et simple. En tant qu'étranger, je n'ai pas eu trop d'options.

However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. Le directeur Xiao Xiao Wang et le chef sont très intimes, vous verrez notre bagage pour plus d'aide! b1 Table Ball, gym, gym, tables de lapins sont tous! Les installations de divertissement sont très riches.

Le voyage ici était un peu difficile parce que nous ne pouvons pas parler mandarin. Tous les employés essayaient d'aider, même si ils ne pouvaient pas parler anglais. Mon butler s'appelle Xiao Kong. Il était très utile. Il a expliqué et donné des informations sur toutes les choses que nous avions besoin de faire. En outre, mon fils et moi avons joué à la neige jusqu'à ce que la corde soit fermée. Et nous avons trouvé que les goggles de mon fils étaient perdus. Nous avons contacté un membre du personnel. Son nom est Chen Jie. Il nous a amené au lieu de la corde pour la chercher. Il nous a permis d'ajouter son WeChat et nous contactera une fois que tout membre peut trouver.
