Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

Love, love, LOVE this hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hot springs are a delight afterw long day of travel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even the boss of the hotel introduced himself and we had a good chat. The location is stunning. Lixian is a gorgeous town with a beautiful, peaceful, friendly atmosphere. The views from the fork of the mountains are spectacular. I recommend going to the rooftop deck at night to experience the stars and mountains.

L'adresse est très bonne à la recherche, le stationnement est très pratique à la porte de l'hôtel, parce que le bâtiment est décoré dans la salle de marque, le magasin a également mis à jour la suite pour nous éviter de ne pas nous reposer bien, la chambre a un compartiment chaud séparé, la chambre a également un petit souper à manger, très calme et confortable, soulagement de la roue de voyager en voiture, L'expérience globale est super 👍👍👍

Room is clean, staffs are kind and helpful. The owner of the hotel bring us to bipenggou and back, Variety breakfast to choose. Overall good experience!

Great location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

C'était merveilleux. Se baigner dans les sources chaudes tout en profitant du magnifique paysage était vraiment relaxant. Le personnel était également très sympathique. Tingting, l'agent de la réception, a été très patient tout au long du processus et nous a aidés pour notre réservation. Merci beaucoup ! Je reviendrai dans quelques jours, c'est sûr ! Excellent stay. We changed to a hot spring suite and it was worth it. Very spacious and well appointed. Front desk Shi Shi was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We also left some items in the hotel and she helped to advise on how we can retrieve them via courier. However the hot spring next door looked a bit sad, I think it would be a fabulous place to visit when it’s peak season and all the facilities are up.
