Hôtels avec sources thermales à Suzhou

Mon séjour au Hualuxe Hot Spring Resort a coïncidé avec la veille de Noël, et l'expérience a été absolument merveilleuse ! Dès mon arrivée, la charmante décoration du sapin de Noël de l'hôtel a été une délicieuse surprise. La réceptionniste, Banxia, ​​était incroyablement accueillante et attentionnée, m'expliquant patiemment les horaires d'ouverture des sources thermales, me donnant de précieux conseils pour profiter pleinement des bains, et m'offrant même des pommes sucrées en guise de vœux pour Noël. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, avec un large choix de spécialités locales, ce qui m'a comblé de bonheur. Même la femme de ménage que j'ai croisée lors d'une promenade m'a salué poliment. L'hôtel tout entier baignait dans une ambiance festive et chaleureuse, et le service impeccable m'a fait me sentir comme chez moi. J'y retournerai sans hésiter avec ma famille !

Photos are nicer than actual but it’s a cute family run type villa. Kids enjoyed running around the whole place with free arcade. Service is where they earn my 5 star points, they do try their best to fulfill all our requests.

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

The location was right next to the lake and mountain and was very pretty and convenient. The room was clean and the private hot tub was a nice touch that was comforting at the end of the day. Hot springs also were nice to go to and facilities were well taken care of. The front desk was helpful for all our needs and also knew english. Alice in particular was very helpful and kind in answering our requests and questions and greatly improved our experience at Banyan Tree.

The hotel was located at the lake with an amazing view. The rooms was really nice and super clean and the mattress was really comfortable to sleep very well. The facility of the hotel was nice and very stylish, all in white and modern. The hotel was really lovely. The only thing that is really not good organised, there is no food except breakfast and afternoon tea (in that case fruits). We needed to order from a delivery service (only Chinese food available and it's was not really good). A hotel located at that wonderful place with that high price should have basic foods at the restaurant.

Équipements : Grand sens du design et de l'ambiance. Hygiène : À cause du typhon, l'eau sent un peu désagréable, mais dans l'ensemble elle reste bonne pour un B&B. Service : Je tiens à préciser que les plats préparés par le patron et le majordome sont vraiment délicieux ! ! ! Nous vous déconseillons fortement de sortir tester la cuisine du patron. Soupe de poulet, filet de poisson et filet de bœuf sont tous des incontournables ! Et c’est très bon marché et la quantité est grande. J'aime tellement ça !

La ville est très bien située, mais elle est très bien située. Je recommande à l'hôtel et à d'autres hôtels de printemps chauds de garder les enfants de s'éclater et d'utiliser la piscine réelle même si elle est froide. Les invités viennent se détendre. Ne pas participer aux cours de piscine chauds de printemps. Mais tout le reste était bon. Il n'y avait pas de restaurant disponible. On nous a pris à quelques pas de l'hôtel à un restaurant qui semblait être la seule chose disponible. Nous n'avons vraiment fait que les chauds printes et nous avons eu heureusement un privé que nous pourrions finalement relaxer. Je recommande.
