This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

Meilleur en classe pour design et matériel. Exceptionnel contact personnel par les gestionnaires et l'équipe supérieure. Terribles options de repas sur place. Amour des restaurants italiens, chinois et japonais. Ski en ski. Beau piscine intérieure et jacuzzis. Salle de sport équipée. Les trucs privés sont disponibles dans certains types de chambre. Un peu de problème d'infestation de bogues intérieurs et le personnel général a besoin de plus de formation, compte tenu de la classe de prix de l'hôtel. Sinon, le séjour le plus proche à la perfection dans n'importe quel ski resort partout dans le monde!

I was looking forward to my stay in Setsu Niseko but I feel disappointed with their breakfast. Maybe it’s green season, breakfast choices is based on Ala carte and very limited to same menu; kids have to eat the same thing everyday, no other choice. Parking: no complimentary parking for hotel guest, you have to pay JPY2000/day. Pro: room is spacious, onsen is good, hotel is very clean!

Le paysage de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, avec vue sur le lac d'un côté, vue sur la mer de l'autre et vue sur la montagne de l'autre. Marcher dans la neige pendant trois heures pour voir le paysage m'a rendu heureux physiquement et mentalement. Les enfants skient dans la station de ski de l'hôtel🎿. Il y a peu de monde et il n'y a pas lieu de s'inquiéter pour la sécurité. Il existe deux types de petit-déjeuner, de style occidental et japonais. J'ai essayé les deux et ils sont très bons. Il n'y a pratiquement aucun endroit où manger pour déjeuner et prendre un verre, mais il y a une boulangerie au premier étage. Le pain fraîchement sorti du four est très bon et vous pouvez également acheter un gâteau pour le thé de l'après-midi. Vous devez réserver à l'avance pour un restaurant pour le dîner. Bien que le prix soit cher, l'environnement et le service sont très bons.

L'hôtel est vraiment pratique pour skier. Le ski est juste devant la porte. Il y a une supérette qui n'est pas grande mais qui a tout ce dont on a besoin. 👍Lors d'un séjour ici, il faut complètement ignorer les équipements de la chambre, qui sont vieux et obsolètes. La salle de bain est si petite qu'elle explose. Comme j'avais peur que ma famille ne puisse pas manger dans la nature pendant le festival du printemps, j'ai réservé une chambre avec petit-déjeuner et dîner, ce qui a coûté près de 7 000... C'est certainement cher, mais par rapport à d'autres hôtels plus chers, vous pouvez en fait prendre le bus de l'hôtel jusqu'à Hirafu pour manger. Je le saurai la prochaine fois~ Dans l'ensemble, c'est toujours bien si vous allez à Niseko pour la première fois.

We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!

Si vous n'avez pas d'exigences élevées en matière d'installations matérielles, cela reste un bon hôtel. La salle avec tatami de style japonais dispose de toilettes intelligentes, d'un lavabo et d'un climatiseur, mais il n'y a pas de salle de bain. Vous ne pouvez aller qu'aux bains publics, ce qui est en fait pratique. Des toilettes publiques sont ajoutées à chaque étage, ce qui est très bien pensé. L'hôtel se trouve juste au bord du lac et vous pouvez voir le magnifique paysage du lac Toya par la fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur le lac. Mais devant la fenêtre se trouvent l'arrêt de bus touristique et le terminal des bateaux de croisière. C'est assez bruyant après l'aube, ce qui affectera le repos dans la chambre. Si vous restez deux repas, le petit-déjeuner est simple et le dîner n'est pas mauvais. C'est quand même bien si on a une chambre au bon prix.

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.

Idéalement situé en dehors du trafic élevé de niseko et un pas dehors des escaliers loin de skining up a mountain from Giving it moderate ratings is only because it's an older structure with minimum maintenance, ... Les chambres étaient très belles et propres et les eaux sont riches en minéraux. Le séjour ici permet un accès exclusive 24h onsen. Les piscines se sont occupées après 3-7pm quand les skieurs finissent leur jour,... Got to enjoy its traditional rustic building while they're standing. On dirait que dans les années 5-10 il sera développé et détenu par un tycoon étranger! Apporter votre propre nourriture,... les machines à vendre ne ont que de la bière,...
