IInvitéPearl Star Hotel Atami is the hotel with onsen. The onset facility is good for both public bath and private bath with beautiful beach view. The food quality is good for the breakfast. We also enjoyed the wonderful fine-dining in French Restaurant inside the hotel. The hotel provides guests the free-taxi service between Atami hotel lobby and Atami Station, which is well recognized.

AAvedisThis hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

Pros. Have a lot of free services and amenities e.g. free shuttle bus from JR Atami station, Comic room, Free boardgame to use. The best thing of this hotel is food meal! They serve all you can eat snack& drink alcohol served for free at 15-18pm. The buffet both dinner and breakfast are very superb. The dinner is all you can eat BBQ seafood (abalone, crab, shells, shrimp) that you can ask for abalone unlimited, lisewise the breakfast is all you can eat BBQ fish (Kinmedai,Saba, Ham&Sausage) with salad. I do recommend this hotel if you want to have great seafood meal with alcohol.

IInvitéI suppose the charm of Atami is that the whole area is a little bit 'dated' as far as a resort goes, and this hotel definitely aligns with that - it seems like a place that was once great and is now kind of just rolling along bringing in what money it can.
The food is serviceable but totally uninspired - an upscale cafeteria masquerading as something better than it is with 'chefs' wearing their whites. The entire dining room constantly smells of fryer oil from the tempura - which they still make and keep stock of in such large quantities that it is never fresh and crispy anyways (especially the shrimp, which has not been sufficiently dried before battering). The remaining hot dishes are very disappointing both in terms of variety and overall flavor. The sushi and sashimi is the standout of the food, although it too is very basic - not anything that will blow your mind, but acceptably tasty and reasonably fresh (although on our second night everything tasted a bit soapy/bleachy). As a westerner you will be very disappointed by the breakfast, although that's a 'me' problem rather than a hotel problem per se.
The spa facilities are nice but a bit dated - be careful in your selection of both time and location unless you want to be surrounded with many loud (mostly Chinese) children. Private spas are available and are quite nice, although again dated. Nonetheless at around 60 USD for an hour the price is good for the privacy, especially as a westerner who is otherwise subject to quite a bit of staring at this mostly local and Chinese spa.
We stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious with an enormous and comfortable bed, and a (For japan) reasonably sized tub. Room and desk service was good.
The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but has regular free shuttles to/from Atami station, which is where the main tourist streets for shopping etc can be found. Highly suggest checking out Golden Eye for some excellent Ramen.

CCHEN非常滿意的一次入住體驗，房間非常大，乾淨舒適。全部阳台向海並帶𠕇私人溫泉浸浴。我們全家五人在兩个網站共訂了三个房間，酒店預先聯絡我们了解了各位入住客人的身高（以配置适合的浴袍）以及饮食愛好，特意為不吃魚生的加工好熟食。晚餐和早餐都非常美味，食材新鮮。入住兩天的菜單都有变化，魚生有龙蝦、甜蝦和各式當地當季的鮮魚和鰻魚，和牛也煎得非常到位，适合各位的要求！房間是現代简约及结合传统日式酒店的風格，我們有二间是日式、一间是西式風格的房間，彼此都相當滿意。lounge 在八樓，面向大海品尝冷、熱咖啡和綠茶、日本的各式小點心和果子，还可出阳台浸浸腳，不出洒店都能得到很好的休息！七樓更有風景很好、设施齐全的戶外风呂…… 酒店的所有員工都很热情、有禮、非常的專業！这是我們全家在日本渡假最滿意，一致感覺100分的酒店，並相約明年再來！

LLinIcyNous avons réservé une voiture pour deux familles de quatre personnes hier, au dernier moment. Nous avions bénéficié d'une offre spéciale et le rapport qualité-prix était excellent. La réception, le chef et les autres membres du personnel étaient chinois. L'emplacement était très calme dans les montagnes, et nous avions même l'hôtel. Même si nous étions quatre, nous avons eu droit à un dîner et un petit-déjeuner occidental, mais les portions étaient petites et le goût n'en valait pas la peine. Les enfants ont eu droit à du thé au lait, du café et du lait gratuits.
Installations : Options de divertissement complètes, sources chaudes propres et magnifiques ; les enfants ont chanté au karaoké, notamment des chansons chinoises et hongkongaises.
Environnement : Chambres de style japonais, que les enfants ont adorées. Grand balcon avec vue sur l'océan et les montagnes.

IInvitéSelf checkin is much easier than expected, it highly recommends to make the checkin in advance that the Hotel will send the email to customer.
And please make a large sign for self-checkin tablet, it took a half minute to locate the tablet.
If you have any problem, just directly press the button “contact staff”, they will process to relevant staff (i.e. speak in Japanese, English or Mandarin).
It is walkable distance to the beach, convenience stores 7-11 and Family Mart, and many restaurants.
No clear instruction for cleaning, other than that, all is good for our stay.

XXellosUn hôtel onsen typiquement japonais, de style traditionnel, proposant une navette gratuite vers/depuis la gare d'Atami.
Notre chambre tatami était un peu vieillotte, surtout en ce qui concerne les équipements. La formule demi-pension que nous avions réservée (petit-déjeuner et dîner sous forme de buffet) offrait une bonne variété de plats, mais le goût était assez commun.
En revanche, le buffet de boissons à volonté était excellent, avec un large choix : bières, saké, champagne et softs.
L'hôtel possède deux grands bains intérieurs et un rotenburo (bain extérieur). Le grand bain romain intérieur est magnifique et très original, tandis que le rotenburo offre une jolie vue sur le port.
Dans l'ensemble, c'est un onsen d'un bon niveau, mais les tarifs sont élevés en haute saison.

IInvitéIt was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities.
The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami!
I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

Sstw1601Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, mais nous n'avons pas fait nos devoirs et avons dû faire un long détour en arrivant à l'hôtel.
Tout le monde a remarqué le chemin vers l'hôtel, il est en fait très proche de la gare.
Le patron est originaire de Pékin et est très accueillant. A noter que les chambres de l'hôtel ne disposent pas de toilettes et salles de bain privatives, qui sont partagées, mais tout de même très propres.
Le balcon du quatrième étage est parfait pour admirer les feux d'artifice pendant la saison des feux d'artifice d'Atami. Le propriétaire vous expliquera également tout et prendra soin de tout le monde. Vous n'aurez pas besoin de monter des escaliers ou de vous entasser avec des gens par une journée chaude. Au moins, c'est très confortable.
