Hôtels 3 étoiles à Atami

Sanpeiso was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The ryokan beautifully preserves the atmosphere of traditional Japan while offering excellent comfort and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and took great care of every detail throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and overlooked a peaceful garden, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The onsen was exceptional — the hot spring water felt wonderful after a day of sightseeing, and the entire bathing area was quiet and beautifully maintained. Both dinner and breakfast were served in traditional Japanese style and were outstanding. Every dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and showcased seasonal ingredients. It felt like a true cultural experience rather than simply a meal. What impressed us most was the authentic character of the ryokan. Unlike many modernized properties, Sanpeiso retains the charm and elegance of a classic Japanese inn. The combination of attentive service, excellent cuisine, serene surroundings, and high-quality hot springs made our stay unforgettable. If you are looking for an authentic ryokan experience in Atami, I highly recommend Sanpeiso. We would gladly return on our next visit to Japan.

Overall, it could be rated excellent as a local ryokan but may not be ready for international clients. It has won Rakuten bronze award 2023. I am particular about smoking and the non smoking room was full of smoky smell. Also surprised that I have to set up my own tatami bed etc. Staff dependent on google translate but stranded when there's no WiFi. They could have translated common phrases in text. Nice garden.

It was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

Un hôtel onsen typiquement japonais, de style traditionnel, proposant une navette gratuite vers/depuis la gare d'Atami. Notre chambre tatami était un peu vieillotte, surtout en ce qui concerne les équipements. La formule demi-pension que nous avions réservée (petit-déjeuner et dîner sous forme de buffet) offrait une bonne variété de plats, mais le goût était assez commun. En revanche, le buffet de boissons à volonté était excellent, avec un large choix : bières, saké, champagne et softs. L'hôtel possède deux grands bains intérieurs et un rotenburo (bain extérieur). Le grand bain romain intérieur est magnifique et très original, tandis que le rotenburo offre une jolie vue sur le port. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un onsen d'un bon niveau, mais les tarifs sont élevés en haute saison.

Traditional Japanese room is nice, and definitely the access to restricted area for firework event is a large bonus. But WiFi signal is terrible, and there is no private bathroom at all which I didn't expect. Moreover, room cleaning service took one clothes of ours by mistake and only returns it after 2 days, luckily we stay here for 3 nights otherwise we won't get it back.

La chambre est propre, le petit frère de la réception est très patient, la chambre est grande pour une personne, mais je pense que le dîner et le petit-déjeuner doivent être renforcés. La comparaison coûte beaucoup, si vous ne voulez pas le goût japonais, vous pouvez choisir de vous acheter, mais l'environnement de repas peut encore être en général 4.5 point, le prix est cher.

Je vis dans l'édifice de l'annexe, pas dans l'édifice principal. La chambre japonaise est grande et les installations ne sont pas très vieilles. Je peux passer à l'aise. La route vers l'hôtel est la route descendante, vous pouvez donc marcher, mais vous recommandez d'utiliser un bus de chauffage, car la station de mer chaude est la route ascendante de l'hôtel. Je suis satisfait de toutes sortes de petit déjeuner et de dîner, mais si vous voulez profiter de la cuisine dans les boutiques, vous ne mangerez peut-être pas le petit déjeuner ou le dîner.

La chambre était spacieuse. Belle conception traditionnelle. La chambre n'a qu'un toilette. Pas de bain privé. Si vous ne vous en souciez pas, allez en chercher. Agréable vue sur la mer. En bas, la colline + les escaliers montent si vous arrivez à un moment venu hors du service de transport.

看得出是有年頭的酒店了，設施比較老舊，像房門鑰匙、開關、插座、座便器這些看着就是十幾年前國內3星酒店的標準。因為在海邊的關係吧，房間一進去就是潮濕的霉味，不過房間裏面有放凈化器。在花火大會當晚能訂到房，已經不容易了，雖然相比平時價格可能翻了3倍。房費包括2大1小的一泊二食，按3人鋪好了床、擺了洗漱用品。 早晚餐都是自助餐，要注意的是晚飯最好提前跟酒店約時間，我們不知道，去了現場被告知晚飯時間衹有第二場20點開始，還好我們的司機大姐跟前台軟磨硬泡，說我們要去海邊現場看花火的，給我們調到了18:30的第一場。自助餐品質雖然不多，但是味道很不錯，尤其炸蝦、蛋炒飯、牛排。軟飲、啤酒也是暢飲的，用餐時間70分鐘。 吃完飯，從酒店溜達到親水公園google map有兩條路，一條經過熱海銀座，人多車多店鋪多走起來慢，想感受熱鬧的可以走這。我們選了沿着系川河有台階的小路，去海邊是下坡走起來不累，大概12、3分鐘就能到親水公園，這邊看煙花正好。如果不想去海邊，酒店的5樓也有露台能看（當天有看到一塊指示牌），不過會被前麪的樓擋住一些。 看好花火回酒店，還能去2樓大澡堂洗澡、泡溫泉，舒服。第二天早餐最晚入場時間是9點。

J'ai pris le petit déjeuner, mais il y a beaucoup de plats et ils sont très délicieux.
