The room was nice but due to uneducated front desk staff regarding assistance dogs, it took half an hour to get checked in and required the manager. This wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't stayed at this exact same location with our trained assistance dogs a week prior without issue. Due to the delays with checking in, our rental car was in the parking lot longer than anticipated and incurred a fine. The parking lot company that is contracted to manage the hotel's parking lot is an absolute nightmare and has never settled my appeal or responded to any attempts to contact them. Due to this fact alone, I will not be recommending or staying at another Ibis property.
