La chambre est non seulement très belle, mais aussi propre et confortable, l'espace de la maison est vaste et beaucoup de détails ont été remarqués! Le paysage est très beau, il ya le paysage montagneux + mer, la piscine terrestre est superbe! Que la comodité ou la beauté soit vraiment la même que sur les photos, l'expérience de logement très agréable, le service est également très bon, il vaut vraiment la peine de le recommander!

L'hôtel est aussi propre et peut fournir des lits pour bébés, des lits de bain et des lits, mais le petit déjeuner est mauvais et le sac est assez grand pour être mieux placé si vous pouvez établir un sac.

Quand je suis sorti, j'ai rencontré le combat, je regardais chaque type de chambre réel, et chaque espace est suffisant et confortable. Le Mouse-Cyklo-Hotel, mais avec l'hôtel général, vous arrangerez tous les jours, annonçant aux voyageurs de réduire les gaspillages. La pureté est très bonne, l'eau chaude suffit pour vous permettre de vous détendre très instantanément. Avec le buffet de petit déjeuner, la nourriture est très délicieuse, beaucoup de nourriture de mosquées.

Short distance to Dongdamen night market. Family room is well designed with toilet, bathroom and washing basin separated. Spacious for my family of 4 (teenage children). Breakfast is ok.

La salle de restaurant est propre, l'espace est grand, il y a un parking conventionnel. Si le parking est rempli, le coût du parking est subventionné 100, très proche du centre-ville, il est très pratique d'acheter des marchandises et de la rue de la mer, vous serez à nouveau.

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! We got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice. Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. An electricity outlet can be found on every bed, which is unquestionably very convenient. Cups, teabags, hairdryer, and slippers are provided. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, and it is a private bathroom inside the room (not shared bathroom outside the room!). Towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well. Public area: There is a public area (like a kitchen) and an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor where you can make your own coffee or milk tea (which are provided there). Water dispenser can also be found there. There's a friendly (wild) cat too! Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage: If you're looking to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, your luggage will just be stored on the corridor beside the counter with no safety other than ”name labels”. Safety: Password will be required for entry into the inn after certain time at night. Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). Convenience stores and some restaurants can be found within walking distance from the inn.

Le parking est dans la chambre, c'est très utile pour le conducteur du jour de la pluie. À l'entrée dans la salle, il y a un personnel de service qui aide. Il est assez surpris de voir son nom après avoir reçu la carte d'entrée et d'ouvrir la télévision. Il y a aussi des petits gâteaus secs dans la chambre. Le logement est très précieux 🥰

Même si les installations publiques de l'hôtel sont un peu démodées, elles sont néanmoins bien entretenues. Le personnel de service est également très gentil, il accueille poliment les clients lorsqu'ils les voient et le personnel de la réception peut gérer l'enregistrement rapidement. La seule chose que cet hôtel ne peut pas satisfaire, c'est la nourriture. Il y a trop peu de choix pour le menu à la carte du dîner. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner semble avoir de tout, mais la qualité de chaque plat n'est vraiment pas très bonne. Le meilleur plat du repas de ce jour-là était l'œuf au plat mi-cuit, le pire Ce qui est servi, c'est du riz blanc (il semble être cuit avec du vieux riz) et du pain de mie (sans compter les toasts), ce qui est assez différent du standard d'un hôtel cinq étoiles. Bien que l'on puisse constater que le personnel de service a travaillé dur pour réapprovisionner la nourriture, organiser les tables, etc., il est possible que le coût direct du repas ait été trop faible et qu'ils n'aient pas été en mesure de fournir une nourriture de meilleure qualité. Bien sûr, c'est bien de prendre un repas complet, mais à ce niveau, c'est trop décevant pour la grande quincaillerie de l'hôtel et le personnel de service dévoué, ainsi que pour le très beau paysage d'Oshikichi (grandes prairies et arbres verts) !
