« 由於第二天需要上天池，所以就定了山裡比較方便。
可能去的時間段不太好，早上陽光充足的時候瓢蟲太多了。有一個房間全是瓢蟲，和管家反饋了，就在下午我們去温泉的時候處理了一下。
由於酒店還沒有供暖，晝夜温差較大，晚上屋子裡麪就特別的冷。還好在跑完温泉就洗好了澡，不然可能會容易感冒。
樓上廁所的馬桶圈是壞的這個很鬧心。
整體的衞生挺一般的。
另外，房間的隔音挺差的，走在地板上嘎嘎響，如果一家有一個人醒的特別早的話，會影響到其他人的休息。
有條件的建議還是預訂酒店吧。性價比一般般，一棟樓也要3000了，可能冬天來的話會好一點。 »

« 房間總體來説還是不錯的，但是能感覺到經營不善，設施維護也不太好，比如水龍頭都快掉了，是我把手伸進後面給維修上了，淋浴器年久失修，已經出現多孔不出水，也是我維修了一下，可以正常用了，手持式淋浴頭側面漏水，這個修不了，淋浴隔斷玻璃和花灑都是各種印記，看來是很久沒有徹底擦乾淨了。再就是床頭燈損壞，不亮，衞生間燈光昏暗。房間不錯，但是設施維護不善，大堂門口地磚破損嚴重，應該好好維護一下，要不然真的白瞎這個酒店的基礎了！ »

« 總體而言性價比極差，400多的房費，在上海都能有還算行的酒店吧，更何況安圖，結果非常失望。連先説好的部分，景觀和床上用品很不錯，睡覺很舒服。再説不好的地方，除了上述兩點就沒了，家徒四壁，房間裏啥都沒，衹給2瓶水，再要就要加錢。一般沒有早餐的酒店樓下會有早餐店，結果這個酒店，走出4條馬路才看到一家賣早餐的，誇張吧。 »

LLiyang AndrewThe hotel we booked was under renovation so they arranged for us to stay at Crowne Plaza instead. This is a review for Crowne Plaza.
First, the hotel is very beautiful with top notch facilities. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, a petting zoo, a ginseng experience hut, and swimming pool/gym.
Apart from the hardware, I was impressed by the service standards. When checking in the front desk would add your WeChat account, and check-in periodically if everything is ok. I didn't quite like the dinner hotpot (the mutton was too ***** and we didn't finish half the meal). I only mentioned it when asked by the staff on WeChat. They sent up a fruit platter that night, and comped us with sandwich/noodles the next day for lunch. Simply top-notch service recovery!
It may be a bit pricey, but you won't go wrong choosing this hotel.

Most importantly, the butler service (管家莹莹 小張）was outstanding. From the moment of arrival, throughout the stay, and even during outings, the staff provided comprehensive 24-hour assistance. They followed up on every detail and ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a truly welcoming and home-like experience. The level of care and attention made me feel like a valued guest at every turn, leaving a lasting impression on the overall quality of my stay.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! As two foreign girls traveling on our own, I was initially a bit nervous that things might be difficult or uncomfortable but everything exceeded our expectations.
We visited at the end of March for a weekend getaway, mainly to see the lake and explore the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived by train, the hotel staff went above and beyond meeting us at the station after we coordinated smoothly with them via WeChat. Their kindness and helpfulness made us feel completely at ease from the start.
They were always attentive to our needs and even assisted us in booking tickets for the nearby natural park, which was incredibly helpful as I wasn’t familiar with the system. We stayed in the Cozy Queen Room, which was very spacious, clean, and well laid out. It had all the amenities we needed, and the heating worked perfectly, important since it was still a bit chilly during our stay.
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s also quite close to the entrance of the natural park and the reindeer park. On our first day, we walked to the reindeer park in about 30 minutes, and the walk itself was beautiful, passing by a lake with wildlife.
On our second day, we headed out early to visit the natural park, and the hotel staff kindly arranged a taxi for us since it was so early in the morning.
I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough,it was a flawless experience from beginning to end. We’re incredibly grateful to the staff for treating us with such warmth and care. I would absolutely return in the future!

IInvitéEn trois fois, je suis décidé de aller à Changbai Mountain pour vivre dans l'américaine. Lorsque je suis déterminé le voyage, je suis parvenu à découvrir qu'il n'y a pas de chambre double, contacter la réception et ajouter une micro-lettre à la réception Hu Bing. Xiaohu a aidé à résoudre le problème de l'ajout de lit, il a également organisé une chambre spécialement bonne, et a envoyé un plat fruité, très intime. La chambre est large, l'assainissement est propre, le parking est pratique, les autres services du personnel sont également disponibles. Pour des raisons climatiques, séjourner une nuit après la annulation temporaire, Xiaohu aide à contacter le remboursement, particulièrement enthousiaste, et j'ai aussi eu une bonne direction avec mes mains et pieds, le remboursement de la chambre est très touché. Merci pour tout ce qui est dans la maison. La prochaine fois, vous resterez ici.

The receptionist is very helpful and willing to go extra miles for helping us on booking for the courier service. There is also a supermarket and a Korean fusion restaurant right below the hotel which is very convenience.

IInvitéHope my review can find you well, if you are considering this hotel, just book it! From the day I booked this hotel, I asked the frontdesk people tons of questions regarding my experiences in Changbaishan, because I'm new to this place and have no clue at all. They were very kind and patient with me, even showed me how to buy tickets of Tianchi peak on Wechat. The hotel is super new, with full of facilities and even a tea set with tatami corner and a glass baywindow for your own enjoyment. Great system with welcoming screen and music whenever you entered the room. Toilet bowl was heating and automatically flushing. Breakfast was good and various. We enjoyed it a lot.
Location is good, you can reach the Edelweiss Reindeer Park in just few minutes by foot and reach the tourist center of North Slope Changbaishan National Park center (where to catch a bus to Changbaishan and Tianchi peak) in 15 minutes by foot.
My appreciation to the female driver of the hotel who was picked us up at the train station and sent us off, even drove us to some good places for dinner, and help us alot. People from Yunju hotel were all nice and helpful. Great impression!

IInvitéHotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so.

SSupapornNous voyageons par train à partir de la gare de Baisan, prenons un taxi pendant 10 minutes, 20CHY. Le camping est sur le côté de la rivière. Les chambres sont nouvelles et propres. Lorsque vous y arrivez, vous devez mettre le chauffage de l'eau à chaud avant de prendre une douche. Ils ont un petit déjeuner local simple. Nous avons séjourné ici pour 2 nuits. Le matin, j'avais une gorge de gorge et une toux. L'hôte était très gentil et nous a aidé à nous emmener au magasin de drogue dans la ville. Le matin nous avons emmenés à rafting. Le soir, il y avait une promenade dans la forêt Birch. Nous sommes revenus le matin. L'hôte a préparé une voiture pour nous expédier. L'hôte et le personnel étaient chauds et très utiles. Bien que nous ne puissions communiquer en chinois

NNL'hôtel de printemps chaud de Chang Bai Shan est un excellent hôtel et je recommande vivement à quiconque souhaite visiter ! L'hôtel dispose d'une « rue marchante » avec une grande sélection de boutiques à quelques pas de l'hôtel, avec un magasin de produits, quelques restaurants et un magasin de cadeaux.
