Very happy with my stay at Movenpick hobart from 18-21/01/25 (Sat to Tue) for AU$606 - the rate (20% off for diamond tier) is even better than their end of year sale via official website as an ACCOR member (15% off)
Since other's reviews of classic rooms seem depressing as there is no view at all.....thus I booked a superior room with city view. However being allocated to room 403 on the 4/F .....instead of full length windows as per promotional pics.....my window is relatively less impressive. Also there is a high pitch wheezing sound from the corridor......but the sound has gone once we open our door..... hopefully I can have a better room above 5/F next time. Chocolate hours and the day bed in the room are something that we liked most, not much interaction with staff so hard on their hospitality....but on the day of check in around 3pm, a cleaning staff just entered and shocked to see us inside. She thought the room needs to be clean hopefully not making her scared

THE BREAKFAST IS GOOD.
THE BATHROOM SHOWER IS STRONG JUST TO RELAX THE TIRED ON SHOULDER AND BACK.
HOTEL LOCATION IS NEAR THE SHOPPING CENTRE WHICH IS AROUND 15 MINUTES WALK, AS WELL AS NEAR THE SEAFOOD RESTAURANT.

La place est très bonne, au centre-ville, près du service de conseil touristique, à dix minutes à pied, si vous ne conduisez pas, participez à un groupe de voyages locaux, c'est très pratique, aussi près du port, il y a beaucoup de penderie à proximité. Nous avons réservé une suite dans deux chambres, très grande, avec trois lits doubles, une cuisine, deux lits, une minute, une cuillère, une lave-linge, une machine à sec, etc., bien équipée, près de la route, pas trop calme, l'hygiène est également très bonne, il est recommandé.

Just like other DoubleTree by Hilton hotels, this new hotel in Hobart provides excellent room and breakfast experience. We were always greeted & served by service oriented staff, & the signature welcome chocolate cookie was yummy. There was a free upgrade to a bigger room & it was so spacious & comfortable. Love the amenities in room as well as the complimentary coffee & tea bags. Breakfast was of great quality, didn't regret adding it to my booking. If we had to nitpick, location was a bit off from the main action near Franklin Square, but it wasn't too bad, about 10-15 min walk.
Overall, it was a wonderful 2-night stay & I'd love to stay here again if I return to Hobart!

This is the one of the few hotel in Hobart that have triple room. quite a distance (900m) to the regular tour pickup place and the city's main Salamaca Sunday Market. Still within 500M radius, you can easily get food and supplies but bear in mind that shops close early, 6-7pm. After that you have search around the city for a few eateries that still open. So buy any food like bakery and water to store in your room. Otherwise, it is a very good hotel, off the noisy streets. But the HOP-ON-HOP-OFF day pass to visit the city's attractions. Go on trips outside Hobart like Richmond and Mt Willington

En termes d'hôtel, propre, fait lit quotidien, équipements , pas de piscine , la fitness est petite, la chambre est petite, le désir était plus grand, les murs sont minces, pouvait entendre la prochaine chambre. L'hôtel est bon. Le service de stationnement de la valet est confortable. L'hôtel est élégant et spacieux. Amour regarder la vue de la mer chaque matin quand nous sommes montés. Cependant, les lits jumeaux sont trop petits pour les adultes. Il est facile de tomber sur le sol. Et alors que nous apprécions l'attitude écologique de l'hôtel, il est mieux de fournir un brosse dentaire pour chaque voyageur au moins. J'aime le bain. Très agréable et je veux l'acheter comme souvenir.

Love the Rooftop restaurant up at level 17 which is the same building with our hotel room, so convenient. Fun to spend sometime in the Casino which is just in the ground floor of the hotel. Everything is within hands reach.

IInvitéVery spacious, clean and fully equipped. We love cooking, the cooking equipment and dishwashers are wonderful. Quite and convenient for family stay. Supermarket within working distance and a shopping mall nearby (4 mins drive) which got two big supermarkets and shops. Got Telstra shop inside the shopping mall which helped us settle the phone card problem.
Only a reminders for those who drive with big car. Car park is quite small for big car (7 ). Maybe good for skilful drivers, but not for those not good at parking.

There was an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans and knives and forks, but no chopsticks. Free internet. Front desk closes at 9 pm, but you can enter and exit multiple doors at anytime with your room card. Free parking space. Luggage storage is available. Let us check in at 12 noon. For sleeping, there is a powerful air conditioner, but only two thin blankets and the mattress is too soft. A$6 for continental breakfast, but you have to fill out a form to order. A$6 for both washing machine or dryer. Free laundry powder or liquid. Wellington Mountain and a corner view of the ocean from your room!

IInvitéThe room was very clean and we had all necessary amenities except for toothbrush and toothpaste, which wasn’t an issue for us as we had brought our own. The studio room and the en-suite bathroom were spacious! Location was superb as well, with Coles right next door and Woolworths, chemist warehouse, etc within few minutes walk. The motel is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants.
Overall we were very happy with our stay!

L'arrêt de bus pour Skybus pour le transfert aéroport et Red Decker (salta sur et salta sur City Explorer) est juste à l'autre côté de l'hôtel.
L'appartement de la chambre d'un lit est vraiment spacieux, comprenant un salon de cuisine, une cuisine simple avec micro-ondes et un sèche-linge.
Le personnel est amical et utile. Notre remerciement spécial est adressé à M. Aashish (qui a peut-être été inexact), qui a suivi rapidement pour nous aider à mettre à jour l'appartement à notre demande.

IInvitéThis accomodation was perfect for a short stay near the airport, without costing a fortune. It was priced well, was clean and had everything I needed. Check in and checkout were done without physical contact, and were seamless and easy. Accomodation was able to accomodate last minute late check in which I appreciated. The room was small, so for a couple with a lot of luggage might be tight, but suited my needs just fine. Would stay there again

Pendant notre séjour, nous avons eu la chance de passer à la fête d'hiver du Mofo sombre et nous avons également eu la chance de aller au marché de Salamanca près, juste derrière l'hôtel.
Owen la réception de l'hôtel était très bienvenue et attentive
La chambre était spacieuse avec des installations adéquates, et l'une des plus défavorables était que la pression de l'eau était assez faible et qu'elle devait doucher pendant longtemps en raison de la douche faible, l'expérience n'était pas si agréable. Il serait génial de voir qu'il y ait aussi un bain !

IInvitéHotel was great, didn’t realise it was situated over the top of a pub. But we didn’t research. The supreme king bed was the absolute best thing ever! So comfy and nice big comfy pillows!
Sink to wash hands located in room not toilet which we found odd and cleaner only made 1 side of the bed not the other. But great friendly staff, clean room pretty darn good for the price!

Ce qui, en une journée et en une nuit inhabituellement chaude à Hobart, nous l'avons fait insupportable. Nous avons effectivement vérifié après 1 nuit. Et traitée fantastiquement par réception qui a initié un remboursement par trip.com
