入住感受非常好，有專門管家，下雨幫我們拿傘拎箱子，服務態度非常好！118平裝修現代簡約時尚，房間寬敞明亮乾淨智能化，設施齊全嶄新且都是品牌用品，有大床和雙人床，還有可以加熱的榻榻米，有可調節的足浴椅，兩間衞浴可用，還可以到酒店裡去泡温泉洗澡汗蒸，晚上21：00前結束，附近有飯店街，有一些飯店可以選擇，從長白山回來出去吃個飯，回來泡個温泉洗個澡很解乏，一夜好眠，早晨電話預約打車十分鐘左右到達高鐵站，非常舒心和愉快！五星好評！實話實説，因為近年新裝修樓道里有些味道，房間裏不明顯，開窗通風不受影響。總體體驗感非常好！

The location of the hotel is just great. Very convenient to arrive with taxi or leave to the Changbai Mountain entrance. Also close to the city. But the room was interesting. Clean, good, but: The WiFi was not working and it was known to the hotel staff, but no one ever cared about it to fix it. The AC was not working at all. Sleeping at 26 degree was hard. Breakfast was typical local food. Very delicious. Western breakfast we cannot recommend. The butter was already to old and could not be eaten anymore. Toaster toasted on side too hard (burned) and the other side nothing. So, all in all a good hotel for a short stay (weekend).

Hotel is probably one of the closest (5mins walk) to the North Slope Distribution Centre, very near to Changbai Railway Station (car ride ~10mins). Staff are very helpful and friendly to guests needs, reliable service. Rooms are cleaned and amenities replenished daily or as requested. There is/are housekeeper on duty everyday at the lobby as well to provide transportation assistance and tour packages. Responses are very prompt from them as well. Overall a very enjoyable stay with plenty of convenient services. Definitely one of the top choices in this area.

Had the best time at Lyman Hotel in Changbai Mountain. The staff are very friendly and provided us A+++ services all through out our stay. We even had our laundry done in the hotel with no extra cost. My husband is very very amazed with Mr. Robot who brought us our food delivery to our room. Will definitely come back and book with them. ❤️
