Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!!
We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift!
It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room.
The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing.
The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

I love the minimalistic design of this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The receptionist is very helpful and willing to go extra miles for helping us on booking for the courier service. There is also a supermarket and a Korean fusion restaurant right below the hotel which is very convenience.

Parce que l'hôtel a des billets de ski, je veux faire le ski avant de rester, et je vais skier directement d'autres hôtels. Très beaucoup de gens émotionnels! Le petit-déjeuner est un peu moins, mais c'est particulièrement bien pour les gens du Sud! Lin de riz, la crème de riz, le café, les œufs de cuir, les légumes, les pommes de terre blanches, les champagnes d'épinards, etc. Tout est très confortable à manger. Il y a un groupe de neige dans le jardin de l'hôtel, et un nombre approximatif de plus de 300. Il y a aussi un chaud extérieur très caractérisé. Il y a un chaud chaud regardant les fleurs de neige tomber dans la nuit, un profond sentiment de charme! La piscine de la neige, la piscine de la neige, la ferraille elle-même, sont très intéressants. Il y a aussi des bébés dans l'hôtel, il y a 4 ou 5 bébés à l'extérieur, vous pouvez demander à la réception de prendre des bébés. La position de l'hôtel est également très pratique. It's a very new hotel and it shows. Breakfast is good but a bit expensive. Free drinks, gym and laundry are very nice additions to the overall great service. Location is a bit away from the center of the town (though just a couple of blocks away), so it's more quiet there. And thank you for the free station pickup service!

Staff in charge of local tour package is helpful and assist us to book the tour as the ticket to Changbaishan was fully sold out.
Apparently, visiting Changbaishan needs to pre-book your ticket beforehand to avoid disappointment.
Local tour we joined was pretty good as one will be ferried around the 3 main visiting spots by coach.
Main plus point is that the hotel is near a hotspring hotel and the entrance point of north slope (both within 3-5 mins walking distance from hotel).

LLanJiangExceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended!
I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.
Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections.
Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference.
Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! As two foreign girls traveling on our own, I was initially a bit nervous that things might be difficult or uncomfortable but everything exceeded our expectations.
We visited at the end of March for a weekend getaway, mainly to see the lake and explore the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived by train, the hotel staff went above and beyond meeting us at the station after we coordinated smoothly with them via WeChat. Their kindness and helpfulness made us feel completely at ease from the start.
They were always attentive to our needs and even assisted us in booking tickets for the nearby natural park, which was incredibly helpful as I wasn’t familiar with the system. We stayed in the Cozy Queen Room, which was very spacious, clean, and well laid out. It had all the amenities we needed, and the heating worked perfectly, important since it was still a bit chilly during our stay.
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s also quite close to the entrance of the natural park and the reindeer park. On our first day, we walked to the reindeer park in about 30 minutes, and the walk itself was beautiful, passing by a lake with wildlife.
On our second day, we headed out early to visit the natural park, and the hotel staff kindly arranged a taxi for us since it was so early in the morning.
I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough,it was a flawless experience from beginning to end. We’re incredibly grateful to the staff for treating us with such warmth and care. I would absolutely return in the future!

MMengMa famille a passé un merveilleux séjour ici. L'hôtel nous offre un service de qualité supérieure, en particulier pour nos enfants, leur service de majordome est également exceptionnel, ce qui nous a permis de passer un voyage sans problème, même en cas de mauvaises conditions météorologiques à cause de la fermeture du parc, ils proposent toujours de nombreuses activités. pour que nous puissions garder nos enfants heureux tout le temps. La source chaude ici offre beaucoup de choix, bon pour les petits et les adultes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et le recommandons vraiment à tous ceux qui pourraient être intéressés à visiter la montagne Changbai. .
L'hôtel Beipo à Weier offre un accès VIP à la montagne Changbai Tianchi, ce qui permet d'économiser beaucoup de temps et d'énergie. Le service de majordome est excellent et très bien pour les enfants. Les deux enfants l'aiment beaucoup. Le paradis des enfants intérieur et extérieur, le joli paradis des animaux de compagnie, la piscine thermale intégrée et l'aire de jeux aquatiques pour enfants occuperont complètement les enfants lorsqu'ils ne pourront pas se rendre sur le site pittoresque.

HheymingsterThe hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine).
However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting!

IInvitéLa chambre est super et propre, très chaude et chaude, le cadre de vêtements est très pratique, il est très approprié de prendre des vestes de tous types en hiver froid! Le miroir du bain est une lampe lumineuse. La maquillage avant de sortir est très pratique 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Le lieu de la population est très proche de la flotte, et même dans la chambre, vous pouvez voir la fenêtre flotte!
Outre la chambre qui est très satisfaite, le peuple offre également un service de connexion à la gare de haut niveau. Lorsque vous arrivez et que vous partez, le patron dit au patron que le patron organisera la voiture. Et le patron du peuple est très gentil, très enthousiaste et très bon. Je me sens le chaud plein de gens du nord-est ❤️🔥

Kkit716設施：設施説實話就比較一般，主要是房間沒有暖氣，還好那天晚上零下幾度不算太冷，衹能開着客廳的空調暖氣，然後廁所的熱水應該是存儲式的，我是第二洗澡的，洗到一半開始水就不熱的，而且最好放上一張浴室防滑墊
衞生：衞生環境還是可以的，而且才住了一晚不好評價
環境：整體環境是個小區，就是民宿，環境還挺好，就是打車不方便，出租車師傅説這邊屬於外環，所以打車很難，要打電話到出租車中心，而且不一定有車，衹能打T3，而且還要加錢才有車
服務：服務很好很熱情，還送了小孩小禮物，晚上11點還幫忙送枕頭過來

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

IInvitéI'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts.
Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food.
Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner.
As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager:
- please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave;
- extended breakfast time to at least 9:30;
- include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

Dès mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai pris l'initiative de vous saluer, de vous enregistrer, de m'emmener dans la chambre et de vous offrir des cadeaux attentionnés. J'ai également répondu à toutes les questions sur les voyages et j'ai été sincère et enthousiaste ! Même si les installations de l'hôtel sont un peu vétustes, elles sont dans l'ensemble très bonnes ! IInvitéLe service de l'hôtel est très bon. Lorsque l'hôtel entre dans le hall de la tête, il est très choquant. La réception de l'hôtel est une belle fille que l'une d'elles. Le service est très chaud et il faut le demander. La chambre d'hôtel est la plus grande chambre que j'ai jamais habitée. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon, Je suis venue pour la première fois avec moi pour savoir comment il est dans le temps de Changbai Mountain, quelles vêtements il faut porter et quel service de réception gratuit. J'ai organisé trois jours avant un conducteur à temps plein, en particulier le frère du conducteur nord-est qui a dit qu'il était particulièrement intéressant de dire un mot normal fluide au nord-est, Le grand frère du chauffeur est en retard et m'a consolé de ne pas attendre toujours, de m'avoir amené à manger toutes sortes de caractéristiques de la noir-est, de me donner comment échapper à la chaleur, d'une enthousiasme particulière, d'une facilité d'hôtel tout à fait confortable et d'attente à la réunion de l'année prochaine.
