« Globalement, c'est un bon endroit, au design lumineux. Il est situé à environ 20-25 minutes à pied de la gare ou à 15 minutes de la station de métro avec une liaison directe vers l'aéroport. L'hôtel est accueillant pour les étrangers, le personnel sympathique parlant un peu anglais ou essayant de communiquer via un traducteur en ligne. Le lit était très confortable, la climatisation fonctionnait et le Wi-Fi était rapide. Deux petits défauts : l'évacuation de la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien et une odeur étrange dans la chambre à mon arrivée, mais rien de grave. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas un buffet. On vous servira un plateau avec quelques aliments, comme sur la photo. Si vous aimez les pattes de poulet et les crevettes dans du porridge de riz au petit-déjeuner, vous allez adorer !
En revanche, ils vous poussent à laisser un avis 5 étoiles au moment du départ. Ils ont même un manuel spécial en plusieurs langues. Cela gâche la bonne impression générale.

1. Petits déjeuners passables, purement chinois (beaucoup de riz et de saucisse de soja). S'il y avait beaucoup de monde, il n'y avait pas assez de nourriture pour tout le monde.
2. Il soufflait de la fenêtre, mais c'était dans notre chambre. Nous avons demandé le reste, dans les autres chambres il n'y avait pas de vent de la fenêtre.
3. Configuration de numéro étrange. Une chambre est purement accessible à la salle de bain. Lavabo traversant. La porte d'entrée s'ouvre directement sur l'espace de deux lits, c'est-à-dire que si vous dormez et que quelqu'un sort, tout le monde vous voit dormir. Il y a une salle de bain pour cinq personnes et la porte n'est pas solide, mais un châssis qui ne se ferme pas. Inconfortable.
4. Il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur pour tout le monde, l'attente est longue.
5. Il est étrange qu'il n'y ait que deux tasses et que le nombre soit pour trois ou cinq))
6. Nous nous sommes embrassés à la réception pendant très longtemps.
En général, l'emplacement était important pour nous, donc l'hôtel est bon à cet égard. Fondamentalement bon »

« Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether. »

« L'emplacement est vraiment génial. À proximité se trouve la gare Pavilion Dalian. Le centre commercial souterrain, le petit marché nocturne, la place Zhongshan et la rue russe sont tous accessibles à pied. La chambre familiale était spacieuse et propre, et le lit était très confortable. Il faisait un peu froid la nuit, mais ils ont fourni un chauffage. La salle de douche était en verre, il était donc un peu gênant d'utiliser la salle de bain lorsque quelqu'un d'autre utilisait le lavabo. Comme de l’eau en bouteille était fournie gratuitement, je l’utilisais à chaque fois que je sortais. »

La propriété est vraiment confortable (ne pas mentionner son côté de la mer, juste à pied), elle est juste sur la route de la sortie D de la métro Gangwan Square et la même ligne va directement à l'aéroport.
Le personnel est si gentil et ils m'ont assuré que je suis bien et convenable.
Ils m'ont aussi donné des conseils sur les lieux de départ en Dalian et des mises à jour matinales sur le temps.

AAoluojiyetachuzhuangwangLes installations de l'hôtel sont encore relativement nouvelles, l'ensemble est large et complet, l'assainissement est bien nettoyé chaque jour, l'hôtel est bien isolé, les fenêtres de chaussures à deux niveaux sont vraiment très isolées, le service est très additionnel, le petit déjeuner est très spécial. Il y a des plats à 10 heures de la rue de la cuisine au-dessous de la nuit, il y a des plats à manger tôt, les gens ici ont encore un peu de temps pour se reposer. Le magasin de porte a également des rayures inconfortables pour les gens de la rue. Le soir du milieu de l'hôtel est demi-heure plus tôt que d'autres magasins de porte. C'est très convivial. Globalement, il est recommandé, quelle que soit l'environnement, la position de l'hôtel, l'attitude de service n'est pas à dire.

TTokkiiiWe stayed at Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (大连市政府东关街亚朵酒店) during our first trip to mainland China, and honestly, this place was one of the highlights of our whole visit.
Right at check-in we were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the staff asked if we could leave a review — after staying here, that was an easy and enthusiastic yes.
Where do I even start?
The room was immaculately clean, super quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was impressive with strong water pressure and top-notch amenities — everything felt fresh and high quality. We had zero issues with housekeeping — everything was always perfect.
The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met in China. Their English wasn’t perfect, but they tried so hard to help with whatever we needed, always with a smile and patience. That honest effort made a big difference.
Location is another major plus. This hotel is right by Dongguan Street, which means you’re walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Pavilion Mall is super close too, and the airport is easy to get to — really convenient for arrivals and departures.
One small thing — the subway station is a bit of a walk, but the tram stop is very close, so getting around was still easy.
We didn’t try the breakfast since it wasn’t included, but honestly, everything else was so good that we really don’t even care.
To all travelers — especially Korean and Western visitors who might skip Dalian thinking it’s “not worth it” or don’t see many foreigners here — do yourself a favor and stay here.
This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere.
If we come back to Dalian, we will 100% stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

SSeanchorIl s'agit d'un hôtel-château purement européen rare bénéficiant d'un très bon emplacement, à deux pas de la place Xinghai. C'est très pratique pour manger et voyager, et il y a des voitures spéciales pour vous prendre en charge en haut et en bas de la montagne. La chambre est très grande. La chambre avec vue sur la mer fait face au pont transatlantique et la vue est très choquante. Les installations intérieures sont un peu vieilles, mais globalement correctes. Le service est chaleureux et attentionné. Le hall d'entrée est magnifique et impressionnant. Des spectacles interactifs pour les enfants sont également proposés l'après-midi. Il y a plusieurs ascenseurs dans le hall et il est facile de se perdre. La qualité du petit déjeuner est moyenne, hormis le prix élevé, tout le reste est satisfaisant.

IInvitéMost of the staff do not speak English at all! Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

DDeor21J'ai lu des critiques selon lesquelles il existe un service de prise en charge et de dépose gratuit à l'aéroport. J'étais sur un vol de correspondance et j'ai atterri à 23 heures. J'ai appelé pour faire une réservation et c'était en fait après la prise en charge et le retour. Cependant, ma sœur était très fiable et a quand même fait la réservation pour moi.
J'ai été surpris quand on est venu me chercher à l'aéroport. La petite voiture d'affaires était propre, bien rangée et à l'heure. Le chauffeur m'a également aidé avec les bagages.
Il était tard quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un surclassement gratuit. La chambre était propre et bien rangée. Le petit déjeuner était assez copieux. Le prix de 100 RMB+ était un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le service était si bon qu'il a doublé mon prix. impression de Dalian.
Je tiens à féliciter ma sœur de nuit à la réception pour sa patience, son attention et sa fiabilité. Merci de m'avoir aidé à préparer des nouilles piquantes et aigres à trois heures du matin. Je vous souhaite que tout aille de mieux en mieux.

KK LacsLe plafond de l'océan est un appartement. Pas un hôtel. La position est parfaite pour le touriste. Et la vue de la fenêtre est belle. Mais je dirais que la propreté n'est pas bonne. Le toilette sent. Et il y a des crampes de biscuits sur le sol. Mais globalement, il va bien. En raison de la position que je lui donnerais 5/10.

MM…C…ML'hôtel est magnifique et agréable. L'intérieur de la chambre était très nouveau et si beau. Toilette avec baignoire et douche séparée et dispose de tous les toilettes. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très bon et utile. À la table de front no.8 fille de front desk nous donne tout le soutien pendant notre séjour. L'hôtel est situé au centre-ville avec toutes les boutiques et attractions avec en 10 minutes de voiture. Nous aimons rester ici encore. Il était si confortable et agréable séjour

The room was good, there's even a washing machine (didn't use it though). The staff was kind and helpful. Perhaps the only problem was that the room card didn't work, so I had to get a password, which also expired daily at midnight, and I had to contact the reception to get a new one. But that's not how it's supposed to be, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Overall, a great option.
