« I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars! The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
The location is perfect, right in the center, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. It saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great central location. I will definitely stay here again! »

« 真的是太滿意了，趕在淡季來大連旅遊，訂了兩間房，一進屋驚呆了房間整潔明亮，特別乾淨，衞生做的真好，房間在48層能看到夜景晚上真是太舒服了，隔音也好一點嘈雜聲音都沒有，温度也夠，床大大軟軟的，電視清晰，設備一應俱全，雖然樓層高但是電梯也多根本不用等很久，周邊什麼都有飯店酒吧去哪都方便，最想説的還是前台小姐姐們的服務態度超級好，温柔好看哈哈，退房的時候也不會催促很有耐心，這簡直是這次出行訂的最滿意的酒店，根本誇不完，總之就是很好，下次一定一定還會再來的。表白小姐姐們。 »

Le centre commercial souterrain, le petit marché nocturne, la place Zhongshan et la rue russe sont tous accessibles à pied. La chambre familiale était spacieuse et propre, et le lit était très confortable. Il faisait un peu froid la nuit, mais ils ont fourni un chauffage. La salle de douche était en verre, il était donc un peu gênant d'utiliser la salle de bain lorsque quelqu'un d'autre utilisait le lavabo. Comme de l’eau en bouteille était fournie gratuitement, je l’utilisais à chaque fois que je sortais. »

« La chambre était superbe, avec une baignoire et même le gel douche était de la marque Marlin Dog – un vrai plus ! Le personnel de la réception était très accueillant ; une jeune femme blonde avec une frange sur le côté était très dynamique et incroyablement serviable. Une autre jeune femme aux cheveux noirs et aux grands yeux était également d'une grande aide. La femme de ménage de la chambre 1811 était excellente ; elle me saluait à chaque fois qu'elle partait et nettoyait la chambre à la perfection – elle était comme neuve après le petit-déjeuner. Elle m'a aussi donné des conseils sur les endroits sympas à visiter à Dalian, ce qui était très appréciable. Je me suis sentie très bien accueillie.
Le choix au petit-déjeuner était très varié, avec presque tous les types de plats proposés.
La chambre offrait une vue magnifique, donnant sur la rue animée et un aperçu de la mer. L'emplacement était également fantastique, avec un centre commercial haut de gamme juste à côté.
Si j'ai l'occasion de retourner à Dalian, je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel. »

1. Petits déjeuners passables, purement chinois (beaucoup de riz et de saucisse de soja). S'il y avait beaucoup de monde, il n'y avait pas assez de nourriture pour tout le monde.
2. Il soufflait de la fenêtre, mais c'était dans notre chambre. Nous avons demandé le reste, dans les autres chambres il n'y avait pas de vent de la fenêtre.
3. Configuration de numéro étrange. Une chambre est purement accessible à la salle de bain. Lavabo traversant. La porte d'entrée s'ouvre directement sur l'espace de deux lits, c'est-à-dire que si vous dormez et que quelqu'un sort, tout le monde vous voit dormir. Il y a une salle de bain pour cinq personnes et la porte n'est pas solide, mais un châssis qui ne se ferme pas. Inconfortable.
4. Il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur pour tout le monde, l'attente est longue.
5. Il est étrange qu'il n'y ait que deux tasses et que le nombre soit pour trois ou cinq))
6. Nous nous sommes embrassés à la réception pendant très longtemps.
En général, l'emplacement était important pour nous, donc l'hôtel est bon à cet égard. Fondamentalement bon »

AAoluojiyetachuzhuangwangLes installations de l'hôtel sont encore relativement nouvelles, l'ensemble est large et complet, l'assainissement est bien nettoyé chaque jour, l'hôtel est bien isolé, les fenêtres de chaussures à deux niveaux sont vraiment très isolées, le service est très additionnel, le petit déjeuner est très spécial. Il y a des plats à 10 heures de la rue de la cuisine au-dessous de la nuit, il y a des plats à manger tôt, les gens ici ont encore un peu de temps pour se reposer. Le magasin de porte a également des rayures inconfortables pour les gens de la rue. Le soir du milieu de l'hôtel est demi-heure plus tôt que d'autres magasins de porte. C'est très convivial. Globalement, il est recommandé, quelle que soit l'environnement, la position de l'hôtel, l'attitude de service n'est pas à dire.

TTokkiiiWe stayed at Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (大连市政府东关街亚朵酒店) during our first trip to mainland China, and honestly, this place was one of the highlights of our whole visit.
Right at check-in we were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the staff asked if we could leave a review — after staying here, that was an easy and enthusiastic yes.
Where do I even start?
The room was immaculately clean, super quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was impressive with strong water pressure and top-notch amenities — everything felt fresh and high quality. We had zero issues with housekeeping — everything was always perfect.
The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met in China. Their English wasn’t perfect, but they tried so hard to help with whatever we needed, always with a smile and patience. That honest effort made a big difference.
Location is another major plus. This hotel is right by Dongguan Street, which means you’re walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Pavilion Mall is super close too, and the airport is easy to get to — really convenient for arrivals and departures.
One small thing — the subway station is a bit of a walk, but the tram stop is very close, so getting around was still easy.
We didn’t try the breakfast since it wasn’t included, but honestly, everything else was so good that we really don’t even care.
To all travelers — especially Korean and Western visitors who might skip Dalian thinking it’s “not worth it” or don’t see many foreigners here — do yourself a favor and stay here.
This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere.
If we come back to Dalian, we will 100% stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très attentionné : un majordome nous a contactés la veille pour connaître notre heure d'arrivée prévue. Nous sommes arrivés tôt, vers 11h du matin, et nous nous préparions à déposer nos bagages pour aller déjeuner, mais la réception nous a directement fait le check-in sans attendre, et a même surclassé notre chambre. L'hôtel a des cerfs, ce qui a ravi les enfants qui ont pu les observer sur le bord de la route. Les livraisons de repas sont très pratiques, un robot les apporte directement à l'étage. La terrasse panoramique au cinquième étage est incroyable. L'hôtel est proche de la place Xinghai et de la plage de Yinsha. Les enfants ont adoré. Nous sommes arrivés pour la Saint-Valentin, et le dîner au restaurant buffet était très pratique.

IInvitéMost of the staff do not speak English at all! Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

Cet hôtel est comme un ancien hôtel chinois, il est grand et est maintenu dans une bonne condition, mais il est daté avec des meubles en bois foncé et ne répond pas à la haute attente d'un InterContinental, surtout par rapport à d'autres villes. Il y a un odeur étrange dans la chambre, et la diffusion du petit déjeuner est limitée, même dans le salon du club. Sur le positif, la salle d'administration est une belle taille, la salle de bain est énorme, la douche est puissante, la condition est ok, le lit et les pièges sont confortables, aucune machine à café, mais l'accès gratuit au salon avec thé du soir à la fois les jours et l'heure heureuse où la nourriture est servie . La piscine est grande et jusqu'à 1.8m profonde. Le prix est relativement bon, donc dans l'ensemble il était agréable. Merci aussi à Grace qui m'a donné un check-out tardif et un magnet. J'espère qu'ils rénoveront l'hôtel bientôt, car il pourrait être mieux, par elle n'est pas si mauvais éther.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel accepts foreigners. Great location, a walking distance from Dalian Station, essentially on Zhongshan Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was good, there's even a washing machine (didn't use it though). The staff was kind and helpful. Perhaps the only problem was that the room card didn't work, so I had to get a password, which also expired daily at midnight, and I had to contact the reception to get a new one. But that's not how it's supposed to be, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Overall, a great option.
