The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff.
The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes.
The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look.
We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight.
All in all a great choice.

L'ensemble de l'hôtel Evergreen est très bon, le château calme avec un souffle historique, beaucoup d'arbres sont des arbres anciens de cent ans, la chambre est grande. C'est le matériel, puis le logiciel n'est pas très bon, le service du 2ème étage est bon, le 6ème étage est un homme, certains services sont bons et certains sont généralement bons. Les élévateurs sont sept et huit... Ces effets n'ont pas été trop importants, mais l'hôtel a une chose particulièrement inacceptable: les voies d'égout peuvent être trop vieilles, il y a toujours un son, un bébé, trois secondes de bébé, et il n'y a pas de possibilité de dormir. Enfin, j'ai ouvert la climatisation et je pouvais coucher sur le son du tube d'eau, mais l'air conditionné était trop chaud, avec une nouvelle fenêtre de nuit, et la fenêtre était très calme. Il est recommandé de ne pas fixer le 6e étage si vous réservez. Oh, bon, les légumes de petit déjeuner sont très bons 👍, la nourriture principale est générale. »

第一天入住，因酒店附近沒有早餐店，吃早餐走特別遠。酒店衹有雙人早餐比不含餐多28元。因為一個人覺得沒有必要浪費兩份餐，和前台溝通能不能出15到20元訂個早餐？前台答覆：“加餐28，要不辦會員卡38元再續住一天送兩個早餐，找攜程平台也是這個價”，很不滿意這樣答覆！好在主管知道後第一時間聯繫我送份早餐。考慮各方面因素還是給了個五星好評。
誰知後面入住兩天人為問題不斷出現。第一：半夜1.18分有人敲門，嚇得不敢開門，打電話問前台什麼情況，回服剛才報安上去給客人送東西可能搞錯房間！第二：約好的送機時間，竟然因為後面客人原因要我蜒長半小時去機場，這能協商嗎？萬一誤了機能負責嗎？第三：晚上十點回酒店，第二天上午出門發現門口放個小果盤，四天三晚三次送水果沒固定時間，搞不明白半夜三更送水果？太多讓人心煩問題就不多説了！做為四鑽酒店人員管理真不達標！ »

Il y a un réfrigérateur dans la chambre, nous achetons un peu de frigo pour manger. Les chambres d'hôtel précédentes ne sont pas réfrigérées, nous avons tous la fenêtre 😂

Le Phoenix est situé dans la zone touristique du Phoenix, conduit à un endroit extrêmement pratique, la porte est exclusivement garée + sans accès. L'ouverture de la porte de la cour est étonnée par le parfum de fruits dans le super grand jardin, les fleurs sont soigneusement traitées, l'architecture bleue et blanche de la famille Virgin est très caractérisée par le petit déjeuner au matin sous l'arbre fruitier, le vent est accompagné de fleurs très bien guéri! Les belles femmes de l'hôte sont très intimes, on a entendu dire que nous mangeons du bœuf au feu, nous avons pris des savons verts, même deux savons sont très satisfaits ~ la chambre a un linge doux, des fleurs et des champignons de plumes, des produits de lave-vaisselle et des soins de cheveux. Les produits d'une fois sont complets, on voit la soin et la petite romance du patron. L'hygiène est inévitable. La nuit est calme, les lits sont confortables à dormir en seconde! La maison colorée autour de la maison est très photographique, tout peut se passer et l'expérience est pleine! Le prix est le plus cher de toute la route! AAmangulNous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis à la réception. Nous avons été vérifiés tôt. Les filles à la réception parlent chinois, anglais et kazakh. Je suis très reconnaissant à Nurila à la réception. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avec des enfants. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. IInvitéIt was my second time staying here, the place is beautiful and I met so many nice girls who I ended up hanging out with while I was in Yining. The Kazanqi area around the hostel is lovely, walking distance from great restaurants and shops. I was able to put things I the fridge and freezer and use the kitchen at the hostel. The courtyard and balcony are such nice places to sit and do work or eat there was also a puppy which was so cute!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cute decor and the toilet/shower room in the room is modern and clean. I definitely recommend!

MmiooA True Hidden Gem – The Best Stay of My Xinjiang Trip!
Parmi mes voyages en Xinjiang, ce séjour a été de loin la plus mémorable et la plus chaleurante expérience. Le moment où j'ai entrer dans la maison magnifiquement décorée, avec ses étonnantes bleues, ses détails Uyghur traditionnels et un jardin pacifique couvert d'une canoë de vins, je me suis sentie à l'aise.
Ce qui l'a fait encore plus spéciale était l'incroyable hospitalité. Le propriétaire était exceptionnellement ami, toujours prêt à sourire chaleureusement et disposé à aider avec tout ce que j'avais besoin qu'il partageait des conseils locaux, aiderait au transport, ou simplement chatterait sur le thé. Leur bonté m'a fait sentir non seulement comme un invité, mais comme une partie de la famille.
L'attention aux détails dans chaque coin, le rhume pacifique dans le jardin et l'atmosphère confortable ont créé le parfait environnement pour se détendre après un jour d'exploration. Je ne peux pas recommander cet endroit assez Si vous voyagez à travers Xinjiang et voulez expérience de la chaleur et de la culture réelles, c'est là que vous devez être.

IInvitéC'est la plus populaire de mes jours ! Le patron du poupée est un étudiant universitaire de plusieurs années, donc l'ensemble du poupée est très jeune. Nous parlerons avec elle dans le petit patio quand on sera bien. Elle a appris beaucoup de choses nouvelles. Oh oui, ce jardin, vraiment un grand point, vous pouvez regarder des photos, c'est un sentiment familial! Le patron du peuple est également très proche de la chantage, il y a des problèmes qui peuvent être résolus pour elle, il a donné beaucoup de conseils de voyage, et il ne peut pas oublier l'expérience de la vie de ce jour!

VVSTLa chambre d'hôtel est entièrement propre, spacieuse et confortable à dormir. Il est à pied de la populaire rue de 6 étoiles. Le personnel de la dame qui nous a aidé à nous rentrée était amiable et nous a donné le petit déjeuner gratuit.
Les autres jeunes gens n'ont pas beaucoup aidé parce que nous avons demandé plus tôt de prendre des dispositions pour l'hôtel à la gare d'autobus. Les filles n'ont malheureusement pas accepté ma demande sur Wechat et nous n'avons donc pas pu contacter l'hôtel à l'arrivée à la gare d'autobus Ying. Après avoir séjourné pendant deux nuits, nous avons besoin de transport pour aller à la gare à 8.30am, mais à nouveau le personnel nous a dit que les services de transport ne commencent que à 9.00am - 9.00pm.
Il y a aussi des machines à laver.
Le petit déjeuner est bon.

IInvitéThis accommodation was in an excellent location at the edge of Liuxing street area, near many restaurants and shops. It is near public transport and a main road. The host was super nice and helpful. We chatted quite a bit using translate apps since I did not speak Chinese and he didn't speak English. I booked a single room with a shared bathroom, which was very small and simple, but the host kindly upgraded me to a room with an ensuite for no extra charge. The building is old and could benefit from some renovations, but is clean and well-kept, and it has an old-fashioned charm to it with large, lovely arched windows. The rooms were very basic but sufficient, and the room with the ensuite has a good amount of space. There were nice large windows (although my view was blocked by some signs on the awning). There were curtains but light came through so I recommend bringing a sleep mask, and sound can come from outside so ear plugs also recommended. I also extended my stay for a few nights and the host was very accommodating. I was allowed to use the washing machined which the host helped me with. He also allowed me to leave my bags in the reception area after I checked out. There was wifi. There was tea/water at reception. It is great for someone on a budget. I included photos of the reception as I forgot to take photos of the other rooms. I am very grateful to the host and would stay here again.

IInvitéThe accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.

IInvitéWelcoming, fun and central place to stay near Liuxing Street! The owner speaks English well and is super friendly and interesting. His love for travel and his culture is displayed around the hostel with the beautiful and quirky decor, and it is easy to see that lots of love and thought went into this place. His family were around and they are lovely too. They gave me a free coconut coffee which was delicious! The female shared room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed with a curtain. There was a cupboard for each bed. There is a little shared kitchen which had a fridge/freezer, a hot water dispenser and things for cooking and eating (although I didn’t cook there). The shared female toilets had a few toilets and a few shower stalls - a down side for me was the toilets are all squat toilets and there was no toilet paper when I was there so I had to bring my own (maybe I did not see it, I did not ask). There were shared living spaces where you could sit at the tables and chairs, an outdoor courtyard area with a nice little garden, a lovely quiet reading room area with the owner’s books, and a rooftop area with tents. It’s a really cool, international place. I would love to come back again.
