La réception m'a demandé toutes mes informations lorsque j'ai passé ma carte de crédit, même le code CVV au dos. C'était beaucoup trop. Ils ont dit que c'était une règle et qu'elle ne pouvait pas être modifiée. Après une longue discussion, ils ont dit que ce n'était pas grave, mais qu'ils l'avaient vu et que c'était enregistré. La chambre était vraiment petite.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation et une seule fenêtre ! Il fait trop chaud et étouffant !

The hotel is nice however be careful of the booking you make I was moved from the main building into "their other part" which is isolated from the hotel rooms are nice but not what I was expecting when I saw the hotel and then saw the building im staying in... Breakfast is nice and the staff is very very friendly If you happen to stay in the other building DON'T accept the room direct to the door it is horrible with anyone walking around being noisy and since it's by the main door - i know it is crazy like an apartments building- you will hear Everyone going in or out The river view is overrated from the building i got it was a little window with nothing to see and no lift The main building river view is much nicer In general Make sure you get into the main building. The other part of the hotel is kinda not worth half the price of the booking Also not luggage friendly not special needs friendly no slope and only stairs

Great location, room was big and clean and sauna, pool and steam room were fantastic.

酒店在裝修 比較陳舊 服務很好 但是不隔音

房間很乾凈，比較舒適，就是沒有空調，有時候會有些熱。不同房間温感不一樣，可以問下前台。但是住起來沒什麼問題。

很漂亮的老房子，位置也算核心

環境安靜， 設施：齊全

以前住過這個品牌的酒店，這麼高的價格，真的抱着很大期待入住。實際房型比較舊，設施一般。
