On one particular evening, when my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days. This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. Stayed here for 5 nights. Wifi in room totally do not exist. Have to go to the lobby for wifi. Was told that they having wifi problems. Can log in but no internet. Very basic hotel facilities. Stay here if you are taking advantage of the location.

Friendly staff at hotel located not too far from the City centre. The room is good sized, clean room and stocked with adequate toiletries. Breakfast was above my expectations. Great hash browns, chicken bacon and a decent selection of Western and local food fare for breakfast. Hotel is reasonably priced and is good value for money and will stay there when I am in Ipoh.

Has stayed here a few times. The room is reasonable clean, staffs is very friendly and very knowledgeable on local eateries to recommend. The standing shower water pressure is excellent and good dark out curtain is a plus. The bed use to be very comfortable to sleep on but recent stay not sure why they added another thin mattress on top of the mattress making the sleep not as good as before. Another annoying thing was on new year eve the noise from an event on the roof top well past midnight will be a issue for those sleeping early.

One of the top hotels in Ipoh. Quite a big hotel, with 13 floors (including a bar and infinity pool at the rooftop). The twin room is a comfortable size for 2. All amenities provided, including complimentary snacks and 2 canned drinks in the mini bar. They've also installed a filter tap beside the basin in the bathroom that provided free flow drinking water. There's also a hot water dispenser provided at the lobby. The rooftop pool is a fair size and you get a lovely sunset view too. It's also accessed controlled by room card, ensuring exclusivity for in-house guests. There's also a gym but I didn't check it out. I love the creative Christmas tree in the lobby that had little towel animals, a running train and hand written greetings. The hotel is also connected to Ipoh Parade mall, providing great convenience. The hotel stay came with complimentary breakfast buffet from 6.30am to 10.30am and supper from 11pm to 2am! Breakfast is common but Supper is pretty innovative. Though the spread is limited to 1 savoury and 1 sweet item, the idea itself was a feel-good worthy thought. The breakfast spread is rather standard but quality is so so, I did enjoy the Nasi Lemak station and Chee Cheong Fun.

Check in was a breeze and receptionist were very helpful to inform the housekeeping my to prepare extra towels and blanket when they see us travelling with toddlers. This hotel offer very comfy baby cot, and spacious room. My every time to ipoh I’ll stay in travelodge.

Overall it's a very good hotel. The room was large and clean, so I had a great time. The hotel is in a good location, about 5 minutes by taxi from the Ipoh station, but the area around the hotel is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully at night. Since you can walk to the center of Ipoh, it is also suitable for sightseeing. Having a 24 hour convenience store next to the hotel was very convenient during my stay. My only regret was that the cleaning staff were talking loudly in the hallway for a long time, and their voices were very noisy. If I come to Ipoh again, I would like to book this hotel again.

Mon expérience de cet hôtel est que je n'oublierai jamais le service efficace de tout le personnel à partir de notre jour d'enregistrement. La chambre n'est pas très propre et doit être améliorée. La chose qui peut être améliorée est la télévision (mise à niveau) et le couloir doit être aspiré pour plus de propreté. La salle de petit-déjeuner était tellement bonne et il y avait beaucoup de variété de nourriture. Nous avons adoré et apprécié la décoration de l'environnement avec un concept malais classique dans les années 1950~. Et la dernière chose avant que j'oublie de partager, essayez le thé masala dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, c'est pour les amateurs de thé.. faites-moi confiance !!! This hotel offers a decent stay for its price. The room was clean, comfortable and huge. It was so relaxing to stay and quiet. However, the breakfast is good. The location is convenient, close to Ipoh's attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which enhanced the overall stay. The onsite spa was a nice touch for unwinding. It's a good choice. Need more parking space.
