Hôtels avec balcon à Ipoh

J'ai réservé cet appartement pour son emplacement et parce qu'il était quasiment neuf. Points positifs : + Emplacement : proche du centre-ville et très pratique. + Quasi neuf et peu occupé, donc très calme. Les équipements de l'immeuble sont neufs, même si le spa et la piscine Atapchi sont fermés. + Bon service client d'IWH. L'agente Dee a été très serviable et aimable. + Fontaine à eau Cukcoo dans l'appartement : très pratique, elle fournissait de l'eau chaude et froide. + Électroménager de marque. Points négatifs : - L'ameublement de l'appartement laissait à désirer. Le tabouret de bar avait une bande métallique coupante qui a blessé ma fille à la jambe. - Le matelas était très dur et l'oreiller trop mou. - Des serviettes, du gel douche et du shampoing étaient fournis, mais pas de savon pour les mains. - Les serviettes fournies étaient de qualité médiocre ; l'une d'elles sentait même la cigarette et nous avons demandé à ce qu'elle soit remplacée. Bien que nous apprécions la cabine de douche et les toilettes séparées, l'absence de rideaux entre la salle de bain et le séjour rend le changement de vêtements après la douche un peu compliqué. La pression de l'eau est faible. En résumé, malgré un prix attractif, nous avons l'impression que cet appartement paraît bien plus beau en photo qu'en réalité, en raison de l'ameublement bon marché.

Un très bel endroit. L'emplacement pourrait être un peu excentré si vous n'avez pas de voiture, mais il y a un parking gratuit. L'entreprise offre un très bon service, ils m'ont aidé à récupérer mon porte-clés que j'avais oublié. La piscine a une belle vue. Il peut y avoir un peu de bruit de la route à l'extérieur (mais la plupart du temps c'est calme).

From collecting keys till checkout, everything went smoothly. The room is clean and nice. And the price is worth it with the pool view. Very efficient and responsive. Definitely will choose this place again. The security guard also do well their job to look after the kids at the splash pool to make sure kid play safely. 👍 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed that made for a great night's sleep. It also came with simple cooking equipment, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The ambient lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and the large bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was decent and perfectly adequate for a comfortable shower. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear video instructions and prompt assistance via WhatsApp. The agent was approachable, friendly, and always replied quickly whenever I had questions. The agent even allowed me to check in 1 hour early and check out 1 hour late, which I really appreciated because I had a lot of work to do and was unable to follow the regular check-in and check-out times, and because of the room availability too. The property was easy to find, as it shares the same lobby as Wyndham Garden. The surrounding area felt safe and was conveniently located near plenty of eateries, shopping malls, and other amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great facilities, outstanding service, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

La maison indépendante où nous avons séjourné comprend deux chambres et un salon. La famille y vit confortablement. Le propriétaire parle couramment chinois et anglais. Nous avons communiqué par WhatsApp avant notre arrivée et avons heureusement reçu une lettre d'invitation. C'était très chaleureux ! Nous avons trouvé une magnifique maison de vacances indépendante ! Elle possède un petit zoo (🦌🦜🐒🐓), une petite bibliothèque et un salon 📖. Il y a de l'eau en bouteille et une kitchenette. Vous pouvez même demander de la nourriture pour les animaux à la réceptionniste indonésienne ! Nous avons séjourné dans une maison indépendante avec deux chambres et un salon. C'était très confortable pour notre famille. Le propriétaire parle mandarin et anglais, la communication était donc facile. Nous l'avons contacté par WhatsApp avant notre arrivée et avons reçu une invitation en avance : une attention très appréciable ! Hautement recommandé ❤️

La location est étonnante, car il est bon goût au milieu de la vieille ville d'Ipoh qui a fait beaucoup d'attractions à une distance de marche de cet hôtel. Mais cela signifie aussi qu'il y avait des louds karaoke et musique jouant dans les rues proches jusqu'à environ 2h du matin, mais cela est vraiment hors de contrôle de cet hôtel boutique boutique. La pression de l'eau était excellente et l'hôtel lui-même est rempli d'art. Malheureusement, la madrague était plutôt chose & difficile. Veuillez signaler qu'il y a un sèche-cheveux fourni dans la salle de bain ensuite. En raison de l'isolation sonore de la chambre et du manque de confort de la madrasse, je vais envisager d'autres hôtels à l'avenir pour les futurs voyages Ipoh (si possible) pour un repos de nuit plus agréable.

Le salon est excellent! L'unité était sans place, moderne et très confortable. Tout semblait nouveau et bien pris en charge. Les lits étaient confortables, l'espace de séjour était spacieux, et l'appartement entier était parfait pour notre famille. Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Le séjour était bon, sauf que la location est à côté de l'autoroute et nous ne pouvions pas dormir bien en raison du bruit de la circulation. Suggérer d'installer des fenêtres d'annulation du bruit pour toute la chambre. Sinon, le séjour ne sera pas agréable et affectera votre entreprise. Pour votre considération pls.

A family trip to explore Ipoh, location was great, check in was easy. The whole place was clean, minor hiccups was remote battery and internet was out, quickly resolved by the owner/management. The 2nd room's aircon was a little warm even though set at maximum, maybe time for maintenance. More power outlets will be more convenient when the number of occupants are at near maximum, or maybe extension power points may be helpful. Other than that, all members enjoyed the stay at very reasonable rate!
