We had a truly enjoyable stay at The Cove Hillside in Ipoh. The unit is spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for families or groups who want a relaxing getaway. We also appreciate how well-maintained the facilities are, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amenities provided throughout the stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and taken care of. Le logement est très confortable, propre et bien équipé avec les commodités de base. L'emplacement est facile d'accès et l'hôte est très réactif. Si possible, il serait appréciable de fournir de l'eau potable, par exemple un purificateur d'eau Coway ou Cuckoo, pour plus de commodité. Ainsi, les voyageurs n'auront pas besoin d'acheter d'eau en bouteille. À part cela, tout était parfait. Merci.

je suis vraiment satisfait de cet hôtel Pro - beaucoup d'espace de stationnement - bel intérieur rustique et moderne - grande chambre - près de la ville d'Ipoh - près de Nasi Vanggey ＜5km - à proximité du marché nocturne d'Ipoh＜10 km - à proximité de la pompe à essence Petronas - bon service client les inconvénients : - un seul accès par ascenseur global : 4.8/5⭐️

1) car park is a bit challenging to drive up in circle, at least not to high 2) Very new building, everything in the room is very clean, cosy. It has bath shower tub, baby cot. Just that if the group does not need the baby cot, can consider keeping it. As the room has some constrain. Shape of unit is long, with the baby cot, the room is a bit difficult for elderly to move. We let elderly have room with toilet.(main bed room) 3) nice view of Ipoh, easy to find unit. Never use facilities, so no comment on that. 4) Easy to find food nearby, short drive

L'unité était propre, bien entretenue et confortable. Une mention spéciale aux gardes de sécurité, qui étaient exceptionnellement aimables et accueillantes, qui ont fait encore mieux l'expérience globale. Il y a quelques zones qui pourraient être améliorées. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était extrêmement basse so beaucoup de sorte qu'elle a fait douche assez difficile et inconfortable. C'est très inconvenant, car la carte est nécessaire non seulement pour entrer dans l'unité mais aussi pour utiliser l'ascenseur, ce qui la remet en difficulté pour plusieurs clients de se déplacer librement. Globalement, si le séjour était confortable et agréable dans de nombreux aspects, traiter ces questions améliorerait considérablement l'expérience des invités.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

I ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

Bersih dan kemas. Tak harap lebih sebab nak tido semalam je. Receptionist cam tak welcoming sangat tapi overall okay.
