The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

The service of house keeping is very well and specilly the behaviour of mr khuram house keeping supervisor and room boy iran has thumbs upp.working on daily basis .clean the room daily.best of luck fr both personilties. Deserves appreciation.very beautiful rooms of remadah I specially again recommend it fr our family.

It's a nice, peaceful & Luxurious stay at hotel, specially iftar and Sehar arrangement is so spacious, housekeeping staff are so cooperative as well as serving staff also. Housekeeping Supervisor Khuram is so professional as well as their junior staff, but according to 4 star hotel they should improve their rooms specially.

Ramada's experience was excellent starting from booking sales team was very accommodating and provided customised plans. Banquet department was very welcoming and they were on toes throughout the event, particularly Shifa sb and Waqas sb. Food quality, quantity and taste was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were very accommodating at all times, beginning with when I needed an early check-in. The staff working on the 3rd floor the week I was there (Feb 18-25) were so kind and attentive. Bilal was fantastic, as was the other man who worked there most of the week, whose name I didn't catch. I used laundry and room services and was very happy with both - the room service food was good, as was the breakfast and dinner buffet. Waleed in the hotel restaurant was also fantastic - very kind and enjoyable. Really all around fantastic stay, on all fronts! Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Islamabad.

The staff was exceptionally cooperative, and the breakfast they served was fabulous. The Banquet hall team supported and helpful us in every way possible, ensuring the smooth functioning of our event. I would like to particularly commend Mr. Ussama, Mr. Anwar, Mr. Toqueer, and Mr. Shahaz and Mr. Haroon for their outstanding performance.

Nice rooms, great ambience, greater security and rooms were large are cozy. We had a great breakfast. When I say great, it’s a proper feast. They have quite a variety and service was exceptional especially Osama, who tended us through out our meal.
