Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Ortakoy Bosphorus

Отель новый, чистый. При уборке номера, не вынесли мусор, не добавили гигиенических принадлежностей и не заменили полотенца, попросили это сделать, сделали. Номер премьер/премиум просторный, но ванная комната маленькая и дверь открывается прямо на унитаз, получить в лоб очень легко))) за ранее просили Ланч бокс, так как раннее выселение, но про нас забыли) позвонили - принесли.

This hotel was recently renovated with spacious and comfortable rooms. But the added value is their people that work there: well trained, polite and friendly, easy and very willing to assist in everything. Just take care on the central lighting system (when you enter the door on the central light system), that you might open the red light ("don't disturb" ) so that you will not have the daily room maid (cleaning). Bear in mind the fact that there is a light sensor inside the room, in case that you wake up and you want to go to the bathroom, so that you can see easily while walking from bed to WC: If you wake up easily during your sleep, this can make you feel uncomfortable during your sleep. Sensor is very sensitive and activates lights, even when you turn over the bed, in some cases! In the bathroom some clutches are missing about putting the towels on (only two clutches are back of the WC door and that's all, for 4 towels and 2 bathrobes) In case you have a book "room only", no stress: Cafe Zero is the entrance of the hotel, starting early in the morning, with a lot of varieties to eat and cafe choices. I would also recommend the elevators to operate only with room cards for safety reasons (even if there is a doorman at the hotel entrance. the hotel offers valet parking services as well. Will be back for sure !

A brand new beautifully designed hotel with an amazing location in the heart of Istanbul near beautiful sites and a couple minutes walk to the water. The selection of restaurants is great and we especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant with a beautiful teras and views of the city and bridges. Also there is a Cafe Nero in the entrance which is great for a quick snack and coffee. And the pastry shop Sekerci Cafer is great for yummy treats and wonderful traditional sweets to take back home.

This is one of the best hotels in Istanbul with a beautiful view to the Bosphorus bridge. The entire staff is really courteous. The breakfast menu is very elaborate . A special thanks to Mr. Emre for taking so good care of us throughout our stay in the restaurant. The hotel is surrounded by good options of restaurants, bakeries etc. Highly recommend for family visits. Rooms as well are excellent. Good vibes..

Hotel is beautiful.It is brand new with big rooms and friendly staff.Everything was perfect...clean rooms,nice bed and furniture,exellent wifi.Location is amazing!It is two minute walk from the Bosphorous brigde where you can use transport ships to reach any point of Instanbul.Also you have 4 bus lines in front of the hotel.District have many shops,restaurants,cafeterias and markets.I would highly recommend this hotel for people who want confortable hotel with perfect location.

Otelin aydınlatması odaların çok temiz olması herşey çok güzeldi yardımcı olan resepsiyon personeli herşey çok güzeldi yalnız kaldığımız katta teknik bir sorun vardı koridorda tavandan su damlacıkları akıyordu 3 günde yapılmadı odaya girerken çıkarken teknik servis uğraşıyordu oda ufak bir nazar boncuğu gibiydi crown plaza ortaköy ailesine bize göstermiş olduğu hizmet ve saygıdan dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz her zaman istanbulda ilk tercih ediceğimiz otel olarak aklımızda kaldı kesinlikle herseyin en güzel hakkına sahip bir otel.

Mükemmel konumu ile Ortaköy'ün göbeğinde harika bir otel. Oda çok geniş, yastıklar çok rahat. Çay, kahve, Nesspresso makinesine kadar herşey düşünülmüş. Kahvaltı serpme ve herşey çok fazla ve lezzetli, benimle ilgilenen Karahan beye de teşekkür ederim. Duygu hanım da çok güzel ilgilendi, şarjım yoktu ve hemen odaya şarj gönderdi. Odanın ışıklandırılması da çok güzel, gece kalktığınızda sizinle birlikte minik ışıklar yanıyor ve karanlıkta düğme aramakla uğraşmıyorsunuz bence mükemmel bir detay. Son zamanlarda kaldığım en güzel otel. Tebrikler ve başarılarınızın devamını dilerim.
