Beyaz Suites & Hotel

This is my honest review for this hotel, I don’t know how this hotel get rate 8.1 in booking, don’t believe this pictures, because in reality is totally different than pictures on the web. ‎‏It was agreed with the owner of the hostel on the price for a period of 30 days. The agreement was direct via WhatsApp before arriving at the hostel. He agreed that the payment would be via credit card. When the time for payment came, he did not agree to pay by credit card and wanted to pay cash. He said on the pretext that the payment by credit card would be I deducted the amount of the tax increase of 8%, which was estimated at 143 dollars extra with the amount of the accommodation, and we were not aware of it and we had to pay for the stay for trea**ent the next day, I could not believe that this hostel had received a rating of 8 on the Booking site It is Very old dark building Really this place is disgusting, bedroom does not have an air conditioning only in one in setting room and working for 30 then shutting down. Noisy old air conditioning not cooling properly. Second thing which is the most important for the guest is Cleanliness. Beds maybe not clean or service since this hotel opened You feel itchy all the time while you sleep from the bed bug. Safe box not working and I think they keep it as decoration for the bedroom. The elevator located in dangerous areas as you see in attached photos, as we deal with owner for payment for 30 day owner think only about money, doesn’t care about guests comfort. this is not suites this is an old building

THE WORST HOTEL APAR**ENT IN ISTANBUL. BETTER DON'T BOOK OTHERWISE YOU GET A FRAUD. Photos don’t reflect the reality. Apar**ent very dirty. Reservation with upgrade to apar**ent of 90mq and single room received There was no chance to find a solution with the owner, ladies are not respected like in the rest of the world, therefor only solution proposed was “you can find another hotel, I confirm the no show without Penalty and you do not write negative ratings on internet”. At the end I find out another hotel and he debited however the whole amount. photos are available on google ratings of this hotel.
