La personne qui se tient à la réception (équipe de nuit) n'est qu'une mauvaise personne !!! Rude, ne répond pas aux questions, voulait par erreur m'expulser un jour plus tôt! Je suis en état de choc. J'ai payé 80 $ pour 3 nuits et le sentiment est de 10 $ !!! je ne conseille pas

Outside window not closing it can be pushed open from outside. Faulty lights in the bathroom. Bathroom door has a faulty lock, so it could not be closed properly, allowing smells from the bathroom to the bedroom. The staff never smile. The breakfast is a joke (cheese and boiled eggs and coffee) no cereals, no croissants, no fruit and no juices! The old man, the owner is always there watching us when we help ourselves to food. They also play Turkish news loud in the small dining area and talk loud, disturbing us when we are eating.

The worst "hotel" experience of my life. I have never seen a property publish so many false statements and unrealistic photos. Some booking portals also see the positive reviews as mockery after what I had to experience. Upon arrival we were immediately asked for the complete price for 6 nights in BAR in EURO. Although the VISA sign is on the hotel door and a VISA payment was part of the booking. After a tiring journey we had to look for an ATM and pay unnecessary bank fees. Outrageous! Had we seen the room beforehand (we were denied) we would have looked for another hotel instead of the ATM. After payment we (2 people) were assigned a kind of storage room with a narrow bed and a view of a kind of rubbish dump. We had booked a room with two beds. Getting into the room, the bathroom or the bed involved acrobatic feats. The fully laid out bed could only be used by people with a maximum clothing size of 38. In addition, my husband got claustrophobia in this narrow space. It was hell! The room wasn't even cleaned in the whole time, let alone the bed made. Now, of course, one can argue that there was no space for it. For 2 people the initial equipment was a small and a large towel. I always had to take care of new ones myself. In the bathroom the ceiling, walls and silicone joints were/are covered with mold. A mini bottle of shower gel and mini bottle of hair shampoo, as well as a mini bar of soap was only available once as initial equipment and toilet paper only on request. The breakfast was a joke: 1 bread basket with approx. 5 cm thick moist white bread slices on the table, at the buffet: packaged 2 different jams, honey, butter, cold (!) French fries with ketchup and mayo, biscuits, dried cake slices, olives, melon slices, tomato slices, 2 types of cheese cut open, a type of sausage cut open, hard-boiled eggs, a white something (probably yoghurt ) in a bowl. As a drink there was only one type of tea, milk (1 Tetrapack), orange juice in a dirty plastic container. All in all, I only saw 4 people on staff. A kitchen hand who only had to deal with her hair, a waiter who didn't care about the guests, two employees at the reception taking turns. Except for the friendlier staff at the front desk none had foreign language skills. He spoke a tiny bit of English. An old man, supposedly the owner, just kept yelling around. He always gave the impression that the guests were a tiresome evil. The TV program was only available in Turkish and Russian. But that's just for information. There are no specified telephones in the room. On the supposedly great roof terrace, which could only be reached via a chicken staircase, there was a rickety table and four broken chairs, otherwise there were various towels hanging there to dry. WiFi was hit or miss. Worked downstairs when logging into the hotel across the street. There was also no acceptable lounge. In the whole property there was not a place, including the room, where one could relax for a short time. Th

Rooms are quite small and dark, you feel like in a dungeon. Staff is rude and the breakfast was awful. Pay a little more and stay at a better place. I paid for a standard room and they gave me an economy room, this is not fair.

Everyone writes badly about this hotel. My husband and I were there for 7 days and saw what they were writing but we still left. Friendly staff, rooms quite good, every day they clean rooms that we have never had in any hotel, usually every second, third day they tidy up. The food is decent, there are absolutely no objections. It is true that there is a bit of torn wallpaper on the wall, for example, and maybe there is a little mold in the styrofoam bathroom, but it is a bathroom and the humidity is normal. After all, you have to be complex to make it important to you. People, we paid 200eu with breakfast for two, that's misery. Value for money, I can say that the hotel is perfect for that money.

Ailece kaldık. Sirkeci Emek Otel merkezi konumda. Hemen Sirkeci Garı’ nın yan sokağında. Gülhane Parkı 100 metre ilerisinde. Yeri çok basit ama araba ile bulabilmek için çok gezdik. Otelin önünde bulunan tramvay durağının karşısındaki sokağa o yönden giriş olmaması işleri zorlaştırıyor. Epeyce dolanmanız gerekiyor. Arka taraflardan dolanıp bariyerli bir yerden geçmeniz ve oradaki görevliye otel müşterisi olduğunuzu söylemeniz gerekiyor. Görevli bariyeri açıyor ve o sokaktan devam edip otele ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Pazar günü otelin önündeki sokağa araba park edebiliyorsunuz. Diğer günlerde yakındaki katlı otoparka veya açık otoparka aracınızı park etmeniz gerekli. Banyosunu küçük buldum ama her yere yakın. Görevliler ilgili ve cana yakın, tercih edebilirsiniz.

Hotel da incubo. Camere sporchissime: lenzuola macchiate (sia di rosso che di nero), cuscini rovinati e macchiati. Bagno minuscolo e molto sporco. Stanze molto sottili, quindi entrano rumori che non permettono di dormire. La posizione è buona ma non ne vale la pena soggiornare qui per la posizione. Io non ho dormito e appena si è fatto giorno, ho lasciato l'hotel (senza nemmeno fare colazione). Cercate altro.

Были с 29.4.22 по 5.5.2022 Из плюсов-местоположение!! Просто отличное. Тихая улочка и одновременно 5 мин до пристани, трамвая, метро и минут 15 пешком до Ая София и тд. Трехместный номер. В номере ТВ, кондиционер и все... Сантехника течет, сток воды в душе не справляется, в ванной комнате все время сыро, полотенца в итоге не сохнут. Развешивали на все двери, дверь в ванную держали открвтой, чтобы хоть как-то подсохло. Извините, но даже т.бумага мокрая была. Номер за 6 ночей ниразу не убрали. Мы попросили поменять полотенца-поменяли. Мусор выбрасывали мы сами в бак в коридоре. Завтрак за 6 дней одинаковый: чай, кофе, вареная колбаса, картошка-фри, помидоры, огурцы, яйцо вкрутую, хлеб, пару-тройку печенья, 2 вида джема, мед, нутела, хлеб, 2 вида сыра, молока и 1 вид хлопьев..все. голодными не были, но все же. Мы в отеле только ночевали, не зацикливались на комфорте, понимаем, что бюджетно, но можно что-то сделать с сантехникой, вентиляцией, уборкой?? Оплату картой не принимают, что-то втирали про 8%комиссии.. ну не серьезно. Вопрос: вернемся ли мы в этот отель? Ответ: нет

Пожалуй не самое лучше место в Фатихе. Конечно, внешний вид здания на картинке хорош, он такой и есть но находится в глухом квартале между заброшенным по виду зданием и многоуровневой автомобильной парковкой, поэтому вида из окна не ждите. Внутреннее убранство ресепшена и места для завтрака не соответствует убранству комнат, по крайней мере не всем:) Из фактов: обнаружили утром неработающий фен - помочь никто не смог, мальчик который накрывал на кухне сказал что шеф спит, и ничего не может. Ну и кое-что ещё по мелочам.
