Le service est médiocre, la chambre était sale, seulement des cheveux sur le lit

Très propre et très bien situé.

Ne vaut pas son prix. Les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées. Pas d'eau potable. Mauvaise attitude envers les clients.

Un hôtel à recommander, je ne regrette pas de l'avoir choisi. Son personnel est très accueillant, gentil et sympathique. L'emplacement est parfait, la chambre est bonne avec un lit confortable, des oreillers moelleux et très propre, le petit déjeuner est agréable.

J'ai passé une bonne semaine dans cet hôtel,l'équipe de la réception sympa MAIS pour un hotel qui utilise l'anglais comme 2éme langue c'est raté pour les femmes de chambre qui comprennent que leurs langues maternelle la chambre est un peut étroite les murs à et les tâches d'humidité) et pour finir la salle de bain la moisissure partout sur les jointures 👎

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here, easy check in, room was clean and spacious enough for us. Breakfast offered wasn’t quite to our taste with the cold meats and cheeses, but we had cereal and coffee anyway and enjoyed it sat outside. Sometimes the WiFi was abit iffy but not enough to be a problem. Great location aswell, no complaints. The staff were friendly and always saying hello and goodbye to us. Overall a good stay

The location is great. The most popular attractions like Aya Sofia, Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Gülhane park, Topkapi Saray, Kapali Bazar are walking distance near by. Also, the Eminonu station where you can take the tram to Galata Tower or ship to the Asian side is a few minutes away. The Marmaray metro station for the Asian side also. The hotel is a small, nice hotel. Breakfast is good. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are heated, it was very warm due it was cold and rainy outside. You have towels, soap and tea in the room. Nearby there are a lots of restaurants and shops. Special thanks to the receptionist Telal. He was very helpful and made us feel like home.

Stayed at this hotel throu british airways,one plus point,is its location,otherwise this is a one star hotel,we were given a dreadful box room,right next to the 1970's style lift,the room had a view of a brick wall and sewage pipe,the bathroom was so small the door was unable to open fully as catches the toilet and the shower apart from the pipe leaking,the size was not even child size,the window latch came off and part of the door frame was loose,the staff were next to useless and didn't care,breakfast was appalling,we had bread and jam!,if you want cheap and not cheerful stay here,otherwise avoid at all costs

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and to be honest it was 3 nights too long! Firstly, we were allocated the wrong room, we had booked a double, but were given a horrible room with 3 single beds. Wallpaper was torn and it was so dull and depressing. After my husband complained, we were given a double room, but this size of it was unbelievable. Absolutely no room whatsoever. It didńt feel particularly clean and there was mould all over the tiles in the shower. However, the man on reception was the final straw. Unhelpful doesńt begin to cover it. He didńt smile at us, just grunted and made us feel like a total inconvenience. When we were due to leave, we asked if he could book us a taxi to the airport. He informed us he could only book the private transfer at double the price we paid to get from the airport. When this was queried, he became quite irritable, so I can only assume he is on some kind of commission. In the end, we just went out into the street and asked one of the drivers just around. He said it was no problem and quoted us less than half than that of the hotel employee. I dońt enjoy being unkind about people and I dońt know what he has going on in his life. However, although not a top class hotel, I think basic politeness and courtesy to guests is imperative. We certainly wońt be returning here and could not recommend it in any way.

Расскажу о плюсах и минусах. Плюсов однозначно больше: *расположение идеальное-мой любимый район Сиркеджи, все рядом *хорошие завтраки *отличный персонал на ресепшене - каждый раз спросят все ли хорошо, как отдых, порекомендуют экскурсии, решат все вопросы) *хорошая уборка номеров *шампунь, мыло, тапочки, бумага -все есть в номере *чайный набор (но нет бутилированной воды) *есть комната для хранения багажа (если ваш рейс вечером, после выселения спокойно оставили вещи пошли гулять дальше) *на лобби есть удобные места, где можно зарядить телефон, выпить чая *симпатичный дизайн отеля Теперь о минусах: *размер номера (у меня был одноместный) и там метров 8. При том, что планировка продуманная и даже в такой ограниченной территории много чего впихнули-мини шкаф, сейф, холодильник, тумба, трюмо с зеркалом, телевизор, чайный набор *запах в номере (видимо там часто курили до меня, поэтому занавески и кровать пропитаны табачным запахом) *не открывается окно -не проветрить, только кондиционер выручал *вида из окна нет совсем-в метре за окном стена
