Avis : Armar Hotel

Mon fils et moi avons apprécié l'emplacement idéal pour toutes les attractions, excursions, marchés, nombreux cafés et restaurants. Une option économique pour 3 nuits, une option auberge, mais tout le nécessaire est dans la chambre (bouilloire, réfrigérateur, serviettes, chaussons, thé, café). Les réceptionnistes sont toujours polis et comprennent les Russes. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel. Il y a des hôtels à prix très différents dans ce quartier, mais je ne vois pas l’intérêt de payer trop cher pour 5 étoiles.

La chambre est très propre... la vue est magnifique... surtout le personnel de la réception est très poli... et très accueillant... il y a du thé et du café locaux à la réception... c'est bon. .merci au personnel pour son travail acharné

Je n'aime pas l'emplacement et l'hôtel, il faut l'améliorer, il y a beaucoup de bruit au rez-de-chaussée, pas d'alimentation de secours, je donne 3/5 🙁

C'était un bon hôtel idéalement situé mais malheureusement la chambre que nous avions les deux premières nuits au rez-de-chaussée était incroyablement bruyante. Cependant, le personnel a réduit le bruit la deuxième nuit et nous a donné une meilleure chambre pour la troisième nuit.

Bien que l'hôtel soit situé dans une rue latérale, il est très bien en termes de proximité avec le centre, le tramway et Eminönü. Un grand merci à la dame à la réception. De plus, la chambre est propre, confortable et spacieuse. Vous pouvez le choisir en toute sécurité avec votre famille et vos amis.

Отель расположен не в самом благополучном районе, хоть это и исторический центр, но немного напоминает трущобы. Из плюсов : Персонал вежливый, на любую просьбу откликаются и пытаются помочь. Все базовые потребности имеются - хорошая душевая кабинка, wi-fi, кондиционер, мини холодильник и даже электрочайник. В целом можно сказать что чисто.  Из минусов:  в холодную погоду в номере тоже может быть холодно, высокая слышимость, отсутствие некоторых предметов для комфорта, таких как вешалки для полотенец, подставка для мыла и т. д., фен для волос практически не работал. В моем случае вода из душевой кабинки немного протекала наружу, и поэтому приходилось сушить пол полотенцами после душа, гигиенический душ был в виде малюсенькой струи и не давал эффекта. Резюмируя - для бюджетного проживания одному нормальный вариант, то есть если просто нужен номер для сна и душа. Но в случае отдыха с семьей я бы поискал вариант подороже и получше.

The people working there were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel really welcome.Bairam was very kind and helped us a lot both with the room and with moving around the city of Istanbul. The view of the room was breathtaking ! and the room was clean. The location of the hotel is central and close to all the monuments . We had a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely visit it again !

The hotel manager and staff are excellent people. Their professionalism and ready to assist in most situations is beyond anything I have experienced at any hotel with any staff. For an unknown reason, a specific situation occurred. The staff ensured to make contact with the necessary people. After the staff secured a taxi for me and my friend, Google maps directed incorrectly. I called the on duty hotel employee. He directed the cab driver. The cab driver talked for me and me friend at the necessary location. Yes, the rooms are clean, beds are perfectly made. Electric hot water kettles for instant hot beverages. Plenty of towels and closet space. Rooms are basic. Less costlier than branded hotels. This hotel is within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Plus, this hotel is in an older part of Istanbul where food and meals can be purchased at a fraction of the cost compared to areas closer to the water. The food is just as tasty. For the level of service provided, this hotel will always be my first choice when visiting Istanbul!
