Great staff, service and installations. Would definitely recommend to the lovely city of jaipur. Nice rooms great view and food. The night show is very interesting to watch and very good breakfast also.

The building is OK with spacious room, balcony overlooking a clean courtyard and lots of hot water but the reception staff and breakfast servers are sourpusses. Never a friendly hello. In fact, they turned away whenever I stepped into the lobby from the street or the elevator.

Do not believe what you read on there website I was there for 4 nights and in that time my room was never cleaned the mini bar was never stocked some are friendly some just plain ignorant on a positive note the beds are comfy

If you ended up in this hotel probably you got yourself in the most common scam from tour companies. You were charged a lot of money and ended up in a place that is around 1000 rup a night. The receptionist was arrogant and rude torwards us. The room was not clean and the back was full of garbage. The hotel entrance looked nice but it seemed to be a facade to what you are about to experience. And the good reviews are from fake accounts. The mattress was very bad and so we're the pillows.

Arrived here after my Agra trip visiting the Taj Mahal, next was to visit the Hawa Mahal located in Jaipur this was the hotel provided by the tour agency that i booked my trip from the New Delhi Airport organised by Mr. Lucky, he suggested round trip for Agra, Jaipur and back to Delhi for 3 days and 2 nights stay in a hotel and personal car for my travelling for a good price

Its OK based on the price of the hotel. We got there late at night and unfortunately there werent ***y hotels which had rooms so had to make do. We had a total of 2 rooms. One of them had oil stains on the sheets. In the other the TV was not working. In the morning there was a lack of hot water from the shower until the hotel ***agement was informed. To their credit, they did turn on the boiler for hot water after that but unfortunately the whole experience was not great. The decor of the hotel definitely needs updating as well.

We stayed at Hotel Glitz for One Night only with my russian clients, we take 4 rooms, the hotel is really good ,Specious Room, Sparkling white linen, Food was Super Delicious, Live folk music at Restaurant, Staff is very helpful, Specially Mr Bhagwan Singh from the Reception , overall a good experience

We stayed here for one night. The staff is nice and very helpful. The location is good. Rooms were fine. We had a nice day where we visited the amber palace, the lake where there was a market and a school. The hotel helped us with the latter two which was very nice.

Very bad hotel to avoid, it does not even reach 1 star, poor and poor quality breakfast, there was never any water in the shower, and it always came out cold or cut off when you were taking a shower, the WiFi does not work, the staff does not understand anything more than your language. A lot of noise at night impossible to sleep, both outside on the street and inside the hotel, they have a cat meowing all night. The reception staff does not look for the well-being of the client. In general worse than guest houses in which I have been.
