The radisson was a lovely experience just a slight damp smell in room at times. Also so much more could be done in the eve outside pool area.

Nice location close to cantt station Neat and clean as would be expected of a Radisson hotel . Room and amenities adequate Some problems I checked in at 3 am no one to help with luggage , no one at main door , no porter at reception . Though checkin and checkout was swift . Breakfast quality leaves a lot to be desired sausages stale parathas also not what you expect in punjab . Overall good experience very reasonably priced .

Visited in 2021, the second time since my honeymoon years before, so I thought it would be nice to revisit to hotel since 2003. I arrived in India on an urgent matter and had no time to get a hire car so I had to use a relatives old car. The hotel valet was extremely rude to us as we took time to get my young son out the car and when we left the next day he was very rude again and telling us to move the car quickly, this is not how staff should speak to a paying guest. We spent nearly 20000 rupees for one nights stay, but he spoke to us as if we were peasants, I live abroad and this is how a person from abroad gets treated. I was going to let the ***ager know what was happening but I had prior engagements to get to, the stay was fine, but ruined by the car parking guy who was very rude. That is no way to speak to a foreign guest. He ruined our stay. I would not recommend this place as the car valet guy is very rude, he probably thought because I was in an old car he could talk disrespectivley to us. I am an NRI who travels to India frequently, I also went last year but stayed elsewhere, not here, shame Radisson does not get polite car parking staff.

ATTENTION 🛑 I would not recommend this hotel anyone. Totally ripped of my under the name of Raddison, 3x times more expensive then regular nice new property. Worst hotel ever to stay in. If you want to experience vintage old furnished smelly room with dirty bathroom please visit here its been 22 years for this hotel and never been upgraded, No central lightning you have to ***ually switch OFF/ON 3 vintage lamps feels like living in 60s era, Ground staff is so rude and food is yuk, please do not WASTE your money. Go some where else

Travelled with family. Check in was quick and easy although it would have been helpful if the staff gave us information about the hotel, ie time of breakfast, hotel facilities. Room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. It was cleaned on a regular basis to a good standard. Housekeeping were very good. Breakfast was good with a good variety and you could order eggs, paratha, dosa etc. However, please order from the waiting staff rather than directly from the chefs as orders often got lost in translation. We also had lunch at the hotel which was good as well as evening al a carte and buffet. All the food was exceptional. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful especially Beauty and Harjinder at the restaurant. Pool was very cold, some heating would help. Hotel bar was quite pricey. We had some massages at the hotel which were very good and good value too. Overall we had a good experience at this hotel however, it was overshadowed at weekends by drunken and boisterous Russians who were staying at the hotel long-term. They would start their loud music and drinking from early morning to late evening, especially by the pool so we could not use it. Staff seemed helpless to intervene with the unacceptable behaviour. Would I stay here again? Probably but not on a weekend.

It was such a nice place staff was very polite specially thanks to Mamta she know everything how to handle the guest i am also a restaurant ***ager of Radisson jammu but this property is really very amazing i just recommend everyone if u want to make your day special visit this property Again i really thanks to Mamta god bless you in future hope you will be become a successful Hotelier Thanks ***n kumar shan

It’s undoubtedly an amazing place to stay if u r visiting Jalandhar. The club suite is very well appointed and has decent amenities. Good food , very courteous staff and neat and clean rooms. I would only like to see better spa and salon services, and that’s why I am giving a 4 star .
