Good location near airport, can request for taxi to airport for around 6000won.

Good enough to spend just 3 nights with kids but staff not very open to suggest or recommend places nearby. Room little bit old fashioned need update. After all we spent good days at Jeju Island.

Hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very accommodating of any additional requests that were made. We left our luggage with the hotel early in the morning and were able to collect it when checking in without issue. However, the hotel’s location is a bit inconvenient if taking public transport, which should be kept in mind, especially during the rainy season.

It's good maintain and near to airport and easy access to shopping malls and restaurants

Check in was really easy and both myself and my friend agreed that the beds at this hotel are really comfortable! Due to the location you can easily take a taxi to the airport and be there on time for your flight even if it’s a 7am flight. Or worst case scenario, it’s just a 35 minute walk from the hotel to the airport

Well maintained and clean room in a good location. Adequate amenities in the bathroom. Well lit and refreshed room. Arrival experience was mediocre - key card could not open the door. Departure experience was fantastic - the manager called taxi for me and helped me upload the luggage with a sincere farewell!

Best location in shin jeju . 10 minutes away from airport. Polite and flexible service.

The room had a musty smoke smell. The next day I was moved to another room. The stay was okay for the price. The staff are really nice.

The hotel is located in a good location, very near the downtown and also close to the airport, but it wasn’t noisy at all. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels I looked. Too bad there wasn’t many amenities inside the room, bathrobe for example.

Used to be called Robero Hotel. Located very near airport. 7-11 and MacDonald within walking distance. Not far from Lotte mart by 🚕 cab. Quite central

First room they gave smelled, wifi didn't work, and the room didn't look like the picture. I asked to change the room which they did. The new room was good but overall the rooms were smaller than expected.

Just typical Airport hotel with basic service and amenities. But location is not bad

Arrived at the hotel been told no air-con only heater next day no heater they stated maintenance for 1 mths need open the window. Afterward ask for bus timing to the airport the lady ask me to use goggle to check unhelpful won't stay at this hotel
