J'ai eu une très bonne expérience lors de mon séjour à l'hôtel Saipan. Le petit-déjeuner et le thé de l'après-midi étaient délicieux et le service était très enthousiaste. Le service de l'employé de la réception était également très bon et mérite d'être recommandé. L'hôtel propose un service de prise en charge à l'aéroport et est équipé d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge. La chambre est grande, propre et confortable. Je pense que le restaurant sur place est meilleur que celui de Gaozhuang. Je choisirai ce restaurant la prochaine fois.

The hotel is walking distance to the famous Mekong Night Market (Although, the market gets extremely crowded at night, it's expensive and you have to scan a barcode - in Chinese - to get in. Go in the late afternoon if you want to avoid all the aforesaid). The hotel is a little quirky design but this just adds to the charm. If you read my other reviews of hotels in the this area then the common theme is poor quality windows that do not keep out the sounds. Be prepared to be woken at dawn with dogs barking and cocks crowing. The room itself was spacious however soft beds are not available. The room was clean and serviced daily. The staff were helpful and also the breakfast had a lot of choices, including freshly made noodles, bread for toasting and fresh fruits.

A really nice boutique style hotel with distinctive airy and relaxing character. The modern design works well. Quiet but close to night life and market. The driver who picked us up from station offered a really good guide service and we saw and did so much within a couple of days. Recommend this hotel for holiday stay, suitable for families and couples. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine. In room projection tv was great for watching movies.

We had a fantastic stay at Saiban, excellent location right in the old town and walking distance to the night market. It’s a beautiful hotel with superb views, a pool and quirky cave style rooms. There was lovely shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel and the water in the shower was high pressured and very soft water- my hair felt so silky! The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, they worked hard to help us with everything (even though they had no English we managed well using translators and WeChat). There was also a golf buggy to take us anywhere we wanted to go in the old town. We visited the botanical gardens which were unbelievable and well worth a visit!!! Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

奶油色調的地中海風酒店，簡直是顏值控+懶人度假的天堂！酒店就在告莊核心區！關鍵是！步行200米直達星光夜市！晚上穿着拖鞋就能去逛吃逛喝拍傣裝，不用擔心玩太晚打車難，簡直不要太方便！位置給💯分不怕它驕傲！整棟酒店都是温柔高級的奶油白公共區域和房間都巨好看！隨便一個角落都能拍出ins風大片。氛圍感直接拉滿 酒店擁有露天泳池！重點是！提供超可愛的火烈鳥泳圈！📸 拍照凹造型神器get！ 房間自帶一個純白色泡池！晚上玩累了回來，放滿水，泡個熱水澡，一天的疲憊瞬間消失！ 全屋語音控制！動動嘴就能開關燈、窗簾、空調，懶人福音！ 還有高清投影儀！晚上窩在床上追劇，私人影院氛圍有了！ 洗髮水巨好用！！講真，很少誇酒店洗護，但它家的真的驚艷！洗完頭髮又蓬鬆又順，香味也高級，想買同款！ 小冰箱裏的飲品零食全免費！炎熱的版納回來喝上一瓶冰飲，幸福感爆棚！這個小細節太加分了！ 早餐超豐富！不是敷衍的那種，中西式、當地特色都有，選擇多味道好 入住送雙人下午茶！在精緻的公區享受一份甜蜜的下午茶，很愜意 這家酒店真的滿足了我對度假酒店的所有幻想！顏值在線、位置絕佳、設施新潮智能、貼心（泡池、泳池、投影儀、免費Mini Bar）、服務也超棒！從入住到離店，全程很舒適，強烈推薦

酒店藏在告莊西雙景C位📍下樓步行3分鐘就是星光夜市，穿傣服拍夜景超方便～奶油色的建築搭配熱帶綠植🌴彷彿闖入童話世界，隨便按快門都能出片！房間裏滿滿東南亞風情，超大落地窗把陽光全裝進屋子，浴缸旁還擺着鮮花花瓣，儀式感拉滿！ 最絕的是頂樓的無邊泳池🌊白天泡在水裡看藍天白雲，傍晚被落日餘暉包圍，晚上還能伴着星光游泳，直接解鎖三種浪漫體驗！很不錯！好評！

在西雙版納挖到寶藏酒店了！塞班酒店真的太太太讓人驚喜！！ ✈️接送機超省心！ 提前一天聯繫好接機，司機準時等候。我們航班延誤了，跟酒店一説，立馬幫忙協調司機改時間，效率槓槓的，落地完全不用慌～ 💁♀️管家式服務暖到心 入住時管家就加了微信，各種注意事項、遊玩建議一次**代清楚。之後有任何問題微信找他，秒回！完全不用等，像有個貼心小助手在身邊～ 🍉細節控愛了！ 入住有歡迎水果，我們到得太晚沒趕上，第二天管家特意送到房間，新鮮又貼心。住的大床房絕了！床後面是超大洗漱台還有我最愛的大框穿衣鏡，住着真的超舒服，度假感拉滿～ 🌿早餐&下午茶戳中我 一樓餐廳緊挨着泳池，早餐選個池邊座位，邊吃邊看風景，心情豁然開朗～ 重點是還有免費下午茶！我們想在泳池邊吃，工作人員直接幫忙送過來，吹着風、看着水，吃着小甜點，愜意到不想走～ 🧺懶人福音設施 最驚喜的是衞生！連住幾天每天都認真打掃，床單必換，洗漱用品及時補，以前住酒店常遇到的“連住不換床品”在這不存在，這點真的太加分～ 📍位置也沒得挑 就在告莊裡，出門600米左右到星光夜市，逛吃超方便，晚上溜達着就能回來～ 這種把細節和服務做到極致的酒店，真的值得N刷！來版納的寶子們，閉眼沖不踩雷～

前台小清服務太貼心了，入住時主動幫忙提行李，還送了歡迎水果，房間採光好，通風不錯，床睡得很舒服，環境很好，衞生也很乾凈，風格喜歡，整體比較滿意的。還有下午茶，洗衣房。到星光夜市幾分鐘步行。推薦給朋友啦！孩子説下次還來
