Avis : Hallmark Regency Hotel - Johor Bahru

Le service de première ligne est bon, juste la chambre pour un simple séjour de 2 jours et 1 nuit peut encore être acceptable. Une chose est sûre, cet hôtel prend une douche le soir/le matin ou se lave les dents sous l'eau froide, même si vous prenez un bain pendant 10 à 20 minutes, car il peut y avoir beaucoup de devinettes en utilisant en même temps l'eau, impossible de fournir, après ces 2 heures de pointe, vous pouvez alors sentir l'eau chaude pour le bain. Certains lits ne sont pas en bon état pendant le sommeil, vous pouvez même sentir le ressort du matelas et l'environnement poussiéreux de la chambre.

Breakfast don't have so many choice. But is ok for us.. Bed sheets and towers are too old. Some are already fade out.. Some furniture have upgraded.. Location no good..

The hotel was near the KSL mall. Although we were prohibited to have a durian in this hotel, the durian store only took us 10 minutes walking from the hotel. We're having like ike 10KG kg of musang king durian at the durian store at KSL market and come back to sleep happily. What a beautiful moment!

Location is super good, next to food centre and the Pasar Malam which opens every Monday. Hotel looks small, room is less than satisfactory despite newly renovated. Bathroom is not renovated I think. TV is not working well too. Breakfast does not taste good. Will not stay again even though it is cheap. Food at Mid Valley is good.

We booked a family room for 4 pax, check in without any issues, room is quite clean and tidy. Location is just beside Grand Paragon and mine of walk to Ksl w lots of cheap staffs and eateries... Area of improvement: Aircon not as powerful, need to wait a while b4 cooling the whole room

It is a decent budget hotel with good service. They upgraded us from a Deluxe Double to a 4-pax room, which was a pleasant surprise. The sahur breakfast had rice, two dishes, soup, porridge, and free-flow drinks, but a buffet would be better—some guests may not eat rice early. Check-out was strict, only extended to 12:30 pm. Overall, a reasonable stay with minor inconveniences.

Good location price reasonable. But breakfast provided is not up to expectations can improve further.

There should be balcony or window for getting some fresh Oxygen... the breakfast menus are expected to improve... noticed the soup provided was the instant one, should also add a few more menus. Hotel is secured, room, washroom are good.

The hotel are clean,the location are closed to KSL Mall and lots of restaurants nearby

This is a comment based on my recent visit on June 8, 2025, the room 303. There was no issue on the previous visit. As soon as we entered the room after check-in, what we noticed was the long hair falling on the floor of room and toilet. It looks like the room was not properly cleaned after check-out. Secondly, the toilet bowl cover is smaller than the bowl and moves to and fro when sitting on it. It feels inconvenient. Management is advised to find and replace its correct model or size. Thirdly, the hand shower mounted on the bathroom wall likes to slide downward from the desired height along its rail. It is something like the microphone on Oscar stage, the longer you use the shorter it gets. And there is no control of shower turning toward the wall slowly instead of spraying the user as it is not tigh enough to hold required direction. Because of those matters, my wife was kept saying she wont visit Hallmark again. I was not intend to write this review, that's why I did not take photos. But I did because the review mail is inside my inbox and I want Hallmark Regency to be more successful. Hope the Hallmark will fix the issue ASAP not to revceive similar review.

Hotel is room is clean and location a 5 minutes walk to KSL shopping centre. Provide a decent breakfast. I would say value for money for short stay.

It is in a state of terrible condition with the renovation works going on and the noise arises therefrom is unbearable in the day time. Don’t book the hotel rooms as it will continue till next month I.e April 2025
