« L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard.
Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout. »

« Stayed for one night in the deluxe room. Location is near KSL (5 min walk). Room was spacious and with a good view as we were on 14th floor. Although there was some issue as the vent outside our original room was making loud dripping sounds, the manager managed to help us change to a nearby room and allowed us a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Would stay again as it is value for money! »

« Informed the hotel via trip app that my partner is celebrating his birthday. Was pleasantly surprised when we got a lovely birthday backdrop and a slice of cake. There is also a refreshing welcome drink to be redeemed at the top floor, where the pool is also located. Overall a lovey stay, except that be prepared that Sat-Sun weekends are packed. »

« I stayed at Grand Paragon Hotel Johor Bahru and had a pleasant experience. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to KSL Mall and lots of food options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many choices. However, some parts of the hotel feel a bit old and could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good stay for the price and I would consider coming back again. »

« We stayed in the VIP suite, it's a small cozy room. The bathtub is clean, water pressure is decent and the hot water works very well. Toilet is also spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable although the bed sheet is on the rough side. It was a lovely stay and many food places near the hotel. »

« For a 3-star hotel, it exceeds my expectations in various aspects. The room and toilet are spotlessly clean. Eventhough the buffet does not offer much options, but it is good enough for the price. It will be better if there are 1-2 more protein options. I like how they pay attention to the little details in terms of the room modern and colorful design, the dining area ambience which is comfortable to chill with a cup of coffee or tea. The convenience stall downstairs is also a plus point. I will come back again. Thanks. »

« L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité du CIQ. L'arrivée s'est faite sans problème grâce aux instructions fournies. Les questions ont reçu une réponse rapide via WhatsApp.
Seul bémol : l'appartement n'était pas parfaitement propre. Cependant, le personnel a réagi rapidement pour régler le problème une fois signalé.

« Chambre tres spacieuse et propre. Proche de la gare où part les bus pour Singapour et du checkpoint. Le mall est a 5min a pieds et un marché de nuit juste en face. Les réceptionnistes sont sympas et rapides. Le quartier chinois est aussi juste a côté. 2 jours a JB étaient suffisant pour une escale pause et visites rapides. Il y a un laundry juste a côté de l'hôtel. Jd recommande. Et bon rapport qualité prix. »

NNHTDSgoeswhereWe had a total of 9 pax (4 adults, 5kids) and we took the 4 bedroom apartment. 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms. We got the one on 45th floor. If ur afraid of heights like i am, the room we got is facing the causeway. So it wasnt that bad. The apartment is clean and feels very homey. The only downside as usual is the internet connection bcos its very near sg so ur internet will be back and forth with sg connection. TV has youtube and netflix. But no local channels. Below has mamak shop, minimart and laundry. We had a wonderful stay the kids didnt want to go home.

IInvitéI had planned to stay at my usual 5 star hotel choice in JB City centre during my recent hop over to JB. I had chanced upon the Sheraton on trip.com, and therefore decided to experience it on a sunday evening, since there would be less crowds and a chance of a better stay experience. The hotel is located near the future RTS Link and attached to a mall, both of which are not open yet, which means that currently as of writing the hotel lags far behind its competitors in terms of location. I managed to check-in immediately upon arrival, unlike some of the other reviews here, which could be due to the fact that it was a sunday. The receptionist was friendly and polite and had professionally explained all the hotel facilities to me.
Our room was on the 10th floor, we did not book a skyline room since (JB has a skyline?😂). The room smelled and felt new, since it had only been 12 days then since opening. I was impressed by the size and spaciousness of the room(35sqm large), and the large size of the work table. The toilet was also spacious, with nice Grohe branded shower and taps, giving me the premium feeling. The rain shower was amazing. The room doesn't hold after close inspection however, as correctly pointed out by my friend, there is a strong plastic taste in the water supply when u hold it up with your hands to wash your face/while showering. Toiletries were from Sheraton's brand Gilchrist and Soames which were okay and acceptable, but I preferred Marriott's ThisWorks. The bigger issue in the room is the issue of workmanship. As I walked over to close the curtains, upon stepping on one vinyl floor panel my foot sank into the floor. I had initially thought that I needed to lose some weight but upon closer inspection there was an obvious dent and crack in the floor panel, which is odd for a newly opened hotel. Hopefully the hotel has rectified this. There was also some (paint?) splattered on the floor near the dent. No other issues with the room however, and I understand the hotel is still in a soft-opening stage. The aircon was also cold and strong unlike some other hotels I had stayed in recently.
The hotel facilities were definitely 5 star, with a large chic pool surrounded by trees, poolside chairs and cabanas. I had a relaxing stroll around it. Good for a staycation. The gym was also large and nicer than the other JB hotels. It was missing a smith machine though. I did not try the breakfast but I was told it was just alright, nothing remarkable. The lobby bar had a delectable range of pastries and sandwiches, at acceptable prices for a 5 star hotel. The latte was alright, but the dilmah tea was horrible. I was shocked that a bottle of water (Acqua Panna, 500ml) costed 28rm, it feels like highway robbery. I remember being charged 20rm for the same product at a marriott bonvoy property in Penang. The cake on the other hand is really good though.
I wish that hotel management reviewed this tripcom listing however, since there is no mention of the Unspoken Bar still being closed, as mentioned by a hotel staff upon inquiry since they are yet to receive the liquor license. Even more puzzling is the listing of this hotel as 4 star on tripcom. Based on my understanding, all Sheratons are branded as 5 star hotels, and a 4 star one would be branded as Four Points by Sheraton. This mistake just amazes me.
I don't think I would recommend this hotel just yet to a friend since it is clearly still in a soft-opening stage, but I would return again once the soft-opening stage has passed and the issues have been resolved.

AAnna Marie KaibiganIf you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families.
The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland.
Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.

UUtilisateur anonymeFirst time with Ramada. Nice hotel apartment which is not far from the city. The area is quiet and with a very nice view from the apartment. The housekeeping did a very good job with the cleaning , providing clean towels etc. stayed for 3 nights and is easy to go anywhere since it is near the city. There are a few restaurants, cafes and local food around the hotel area which u can just walk. We did not take the hotel buffet. Just opp the hotel there is a local indian shop with good food. At the lobby there is also a small cosy cafe with good food and fantastic service by Naufal .
It is a very good stay and will come back if there's an opportunity. The price is reasonable . Recommended

RRandomstuffsgWe had a great stay at Hotel Granada Bukit Indah! It’s super convenient—just a short walk to AEON Mall and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and even Sutera Mall is just a short drive away.
We stayed in Room 918, which had a lovely view and was spacious and clean. We really appreciated that the room wasn’t carpeted—it feels fresher and is actually our preference too. Service was prompt and friendly; we requested an extra pair of slippers and they brought it up quickly without fuss.
The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. All in all, a solid stay for the price and location—would definitely return.

KKakjaiNous avions réservé un séjour de loisirs pendant le mariage de notre meilleure amie à Setia Tropika, mais nous avons eu un accident dans les 30 minutes qui ont suivi notre arrivée à l'hôtel. Nous sommes très reconnaissants à Cik Apple pour sa sincérité et son empathie. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu. Je n'avais aucune idée de ce qu'il en était, car mon mari était sur l'autoroute en attendant que la compagnie d'assurance organise notre véhicule. Mon enfant et moi avons été envoyés à l'hôtel par des inconnus. J'ai tenté ma chance pour demander à Cik Apple si nous pouvions nous enregistrer plus tôt. Cik Apple a vérifié la disponibilité et, oui, nous avons été autorisés à monter plus tôt dans notre chambre. À ce moment-là, la moitié de mes inquiétudes avaient disparu, car j'étais inquiète pour mon bébé. Un groupe de nos amis est venu et a fait un peu de « tumulte » 🤣. J'ai dit à Cik « Lelaki » qu'elle était désolée pour le bruit. Cik « Lelaki » a dit que tout allait bien, que tout était encore sous contrôle. Au fait, j'ai oublié le nom de « lelaki » ; j'ai dû prolonger d'une nuit car mes amis et moi n'avons pas pris les transports en commun pour retourner à Kuala Lumpur. Cette « dame » a géré mes affaires avec beaucoup d'efficacité. Je tiens à la remercier. En fait, tout le personnel était poli ! Pas avare de sourires, pas de jugements, et ne nous a pas mis mal à l'aise. Salut, bravo également au personnel de ménage et de BOH du Goodfood !
