Repeat stay... noticed cleanliness improved alot. table, bed side table, toilet shelf are not dusty like it used to be. Well done to the chambermaids. Counter staff are helpful too.

Le Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort de Desaru est une destination fantastique pour ceux qui recherchent une escapade à la plage. Il offre un paysage époustouflant et constitue un endroit idéal pour admirer un lever de soleil à couper le souffle. La plage est dotée d'un sable doux et immaculé, ce qui ajoute au charme général de l'endroit. Bien que le bâtiment lui-même mériterait d'être rénové, car il semble un peu délabré, l'intérieur des chambres est satisfaisant et confortable. L'un des points forts est sa proximité avec le restaurant de fruits de mer Nelayan, ce qui rend les repas pratiques et agréables. Malgré quelques défauts mineurs, le complexe offre une expérience de plage presque parfaite aux visiteurs.

This is my first stay with Capri and i can say that i will surely be back again ! The location is not that far from JB sentral but by vehicle or grab will do the trick . Lobby is nice and clean . Most of the employees there are efficient, friendly and helpful except one lady at the counter who isnt friendly and also not efficient in her work . I suggest that you send her for more training because she will spoil the mood of the guests during check-in with that attitude . The room is spacious, clean and cozy ! Loved it ! All amenities in the room are enough but i hope Capri can provide a nicer coffee brand 😆 . The room is equip with kettle, mini fridge and microwave as well as plates, glasses, cups, cutleries in the rooms which are useful for guests . The open concept wardrobe is sufficient with many hangers and they provide bathrobes too . There is also a laundry basket and the small rack to dry towel and clothes too . The amenities in the toilet are sufficient too . Everything are provided including hair dryer . Toilet is clean and nice . 👍 Loved the lotion, useful and nice to use especially before swim . Aircon is good and tv have many channels and also radio channels too . The pool and gym are good . Its peaceful when there are lesser or zero people around . There is also a cafe near the lobby that look nice and cozy to hang out if you dont want to go out . Otherwise, ordering foods from grab would settle the problem . 😊 Lastly, Thank you to the GM and team for the complimentary birthday treat and the good hospitality from the front desk during my stay ! Truly appreciate it . Will come back again 💜

I had an incredible stay at the Amari Hotel in Johor Bahru and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The hotel’s modern design and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a truly enjoyable visit. One standout feature was the breakfast buffet – it was absolutely fantastic! The variety of options was remarkable, catering to all tastes. From freshly baked pastries and tropical fruits to an array of hot dishes, there was something for everyone. I particularly loved the local delicacies, such as nasi lemak and dim sum, which added a unique touch to the spread. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the presentation was beautiful. The attentive staff ensured that the dining experience was seamless, and the dining area itself offered a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with a stunning view. If you're staying at the Amari Johor Bahru, make sure to start your day with their breakfast buffet – it's a perfect way to fuel up before exploring the city! Highly recommended!

La chambre est assez propre mais les taies d'oreiller sentent mauvais et nous avons demandé au personnel de ménage de nous aider à changer les taies d'oreiller. Le service est correct, j'ai écrit pour demander un gâteau d'anniversaire car c'est l'anniversaire de mon partenaire, mais je n'ai pas reçu de réponse du tout. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour est correct, mais je pourrais choisir d’autres hôtels la prochaine fois.

Pour un voyageur solo, cet espace est petit mais suffisant. Propre. Ils ont un sèche-cheveux, une brosse à dents, une serviette et des cintres. Eau chaude et froide, pommeau de douche fixe et puissant. Réceptionniste très sympathique. Il serait bon de fournir des chaussons. Et l'oreiller peut être meilleur ! À proximité, le nasi lemak hantu, le café starter, le délice de gaufres et le mamalicious kueh sont bons !

Première fois que je séjourne ici. Chambre spacieuse. Faire le ménage. Marchez à distance du centre commercial. À côté du bazar de la rouille. Tout le personnel fournit le meilleur service du parking au départ.

The room was not fully cleaned up on entering the room at 7pm, and they forgot to give us keys to lock the room door but it was a 2 room unit with a shared main entrance so we had to request for keys at night to lock the door safely for the next few days. We checked in with the owner in the afternoon but the jam coming in was very bad so we had to rush off for our appointments. The check in process was clumsy and they insisted on taking our passport photos that Anju didn't require and a RM200 deposit that was only returned upon check out. The owner didn't register our car to the parking lot and we were stuck at the carpark for a few minutes while we tried to exit the carpark for supper. There was puke on the shower wall, hand prints on the mirror, and dots of puke in the toilet & sink. So I did some scrubbing to make it liveable since we're staying for 3 days. The coffee table also had hair and dandruff from previous user so it wasn't wiped down after use. The bed is nice and firm, I actually had a good night sleep on the bed as compared to the lousier beds at Anju. Unit provided us with cutleries, cookware and utensils and working washing machine which we utilised. Checking out was Abit messy because we cannot handover the keys and the carpark access card before leaving the carpark and 1 told us to handover at level 8 while the staff suddenly turned up at our door at 11.45am while we were still packing up. In the end we agreed to checkout at the carpark exit.. Price wise between YJYQ & ANJU, I would say YJYQ is more pocket friendly. And when I were to bring my family over for holiday, I would book YJYQ for the 2 bedroom join units. We also received a small door gift. 😀 Overall I personally like staying at R&F.

The link bridge between CIQ and R&F mall is sectionally disconnected due to RTS track construction. You need to walk down and up the stairs for that particular section. If you have big luggage, be more aware of that. It’s not the fault of property, just something to highlight. The property itself is good.
