One adult and one 12 year old child paying 26 US dollars per night with breakfast and lunch is pretty good. I got the upgrade for free with balcony. The wifi was not strong. The tv has no hdmi connection. The bathroom is old and needs updating. The breakfast was good but I did not try the lunch or dinner.

性價比極低。WiFi 壞的，噪音巨大，左右上下的房間説話都能聽到，臨街交通噪音和鳥叫噪音也巨大。房間的紙巾有一股跟黴的問道。

唯一就是位置，身處古城。但衞生很差，整個樓道加房間由於下面就是飯店瀰漫著油煙味。完全不推薦！

立地は中心部・仏歯寺・スーパー・銀行、バスターミナルにも近く、観光しやすい位置。 シャワールームが汚れていたのと、お湯が出てくるまでに結構待たないといけないので注意。

We came for the early morning “Kiri Ahara Pujawa” at Dalada Maligawa and stayed at Kandy City Hotel for one night. They prepared Kiri Ahara for us early in the morning, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel has a superb location in the middle of the city, within walking distance of all the attractions.

I had a very pleasant stay at Kandy City Hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kandy with easy access to shops and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Great value for money I would definitely recommend it.

We visited Kandy City Hotel for lunch with friends, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the lamprais, which was flavorful and perfectly prepared. We also enjoyed the rice and curry, which were superb and satisfying. The staff were very kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our meal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that we would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend the Kandy City Hotel to anyone visiting Kandy. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, with clean accommodations, a wonderful team, and a Saturday buffet that you shouldn't miss. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip

We had a wonderful stay at Kandy City Hotel The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent—both the wide breakfast selection and the dinner menu were delicious. A special thanks to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Kandy.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. The overall experience was far below expectations, and I do not believe it was worth the money paid. The service was poor, and the meals were of low quality. This has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
