I stayed for a night here, the hotel needs a lot of maintenance and hygiene.

No sea facing rooms. Rooms are good. Little bit overpriced.

The rooms are in bad condition. The electricity frequently tripped overnight causing the aircond to off. Each time need to wake up to restart the aircond disturbo g whole night sleep. The water heater was not working. The savage system damaged causing foul smell in toilet and backflow

Location, room stay and food all are excellent. The rooms are neat and well ventilated for sunlight. Sunrise and sunset also can be viewed from this hotel on the roof top. It’s near to the point. I stayed one day with my family and I love to choose this hotel again for stay.

This hotel is as close to the sea as it’s possible. It is an ideal location to view Sunrise and Sunset at the most southern tip of India. The hotel facilities are very good. Maybe the hotel looks a little tired but it suited our needs very well. Meals were very good and food was served piping hot which was great. There was a misunderstanding regarding serving alcohol at dinner time. We were not able to purchase a beer in the main restaurant, we could buy a beer at the bar. We didn’t realise you could also have the same meals in the bar area. We only understood this after finishing our meal with a lime soda. Maybe a better explanation would have helped us. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There a swimming pool, gymnasium and nice garden and the hotel also has a good spa facility for various trea**ents. I rate this hotel excellent overall

This hotel is quite basic and is in need of updating with dim lighting and dated furniture. However, we were downgraded (with refund) to a different room because they reported renovations are ongoing so hopefully it will be a bit nicer and brighter in the future. What pushes this review into the very good category is the excellent meals in the restaurant at truly great prices. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. There was an occasional language barrier as we only speak English but eventually everything worked out just fine and as I noted, the food was great. Worth just going for the restaurant!

Generally, reasonable hotel - could improve by renovating the whole hotel. The room air conditioning need modernising and the furniture is dated and should be replaced by modern furniture. Morning breakfast is very basic and could be improved by adding varieties of food.

Reasonable hotel. Good location. Lovely swimming pool. Restaurant one of the best in the town although there aren't very ***y. The bar claimed a large number of whiskies but had no gin, no tonic and only a limited selection of beers. Poor WiFi.

Resort id very old. Lights of the room is very deem unable to read anything in such a low light. Bathroom jet water force is low.overall average hotel.breakfast was awesome. Staff is very cooperative. Price is little higher if you stay one night is ok
