Location might be difficult to find. Lobby at 11 floor . Pls see photo for nearest bus. For those travelling best to take public bus as bus stops directly outside hotel.

The room is big and clean. Free WiFi, ice cream, nice staff. 8 mins walk from metro, near Mega department store.

Staff are attentive and polite. Room are clean location are fantastic . Hotel didn't have a proper soundproofing ,

It is a boutique hotel whose value is pretty good! Include breakfast and the location is convenient. However, you can smell cigarettes smoke through air pipe because of the central air system.

Very convenient location, just 5 mins walk away from MRT with many convenient stores around. Very good staff, was willing to change rooms with us when we encountered problems

The service was amazing! The staff are really helpful with recommendations as well. The bedroom was really comfortable and I had a really good sleep!

This hotel is simple and located on the 11th floor of a building that is shared with 5 other "hotels" on other floors, but I loved the beautifully immaculate and modern rooms. For its price (~$60/nt), the room (I sprang for the Exquisite room) is spacious, well-designed with plenty of natural lighting from a corner unit facing the funky, cool shaped Kaohsiung Port Cruise Terminal and I LOVE the restroom with a washlet!! and stone shower tiles, equipped with a 55" Google TV and preloaded movies / casting capabilities and general TV that made for great entertainment. The location is stellar (only a 3 mins walk from the R8 station ~ take exit 1... don't listen to Google Maps' instruction 😅) and it is hard to go wrong with the included hot breakfast + 24h snax in the lobby with the wonderful service from the entire staff as a cherry on top. It made working from this hotel for the past five days so delightful. and businesses so the elevator is almost always in use, though there are 5 lifts that move quickly. The only (and very minor; read: nit-picky) downside is that the building houses 5 "hotels" on other floors and businesses so the elevator is almost always in use, though with the 5 lifts that move quickly, I haven't had to wait longer than 2-3 minutes to get into the next available elevator. Already looking into the Hub Hotels in Taipei when I return next year!

The ladies in the reception are not nice, not helpful, hotel location is convenient, the facilities are good, the room is noisy, we can hear what ppl talk in next room.

Big room, their breakfast so good. Recommended espesially for family. Near sanduo mrt,7-11 and Fe21 mall. the staff are so nice and helpfull

Nice staff, good service Spacious room, excellent amenities e.g. - instant coffee, tea bag, bottles of water in room (can be refilled) - 24hrs of coffee (americano, latte and mocha etc) and ice cream available in common area - tiny gym room - outdoor garden with washing machine and drying machine at the corner (TWD30 for each, ~1hr for washing and ~0.5hr for drying)

the room is clean there's no awful smell in the room (did not use my fragrance spray at all it's impressive), it's conveniently located near the mall n subway station, breakfast is simple but yummy, you can try the buffet spread in the mall i think it's value for money,
