整體體驗很不錯，老婆小孩都很喜歡，房間清新舒適，與浴廁乾淨整潔，用餐種類雖沒有非常多，但也相當不錯，下次會再來

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my room, and they upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. The room service crew always greeted warmly when I encounter them in the hallways. The hotel is also situated in a central and accessible location in the city.

Quite good hotel close to industrial area and the airport of Kaohsiung.

Very, very unfriendly staff. We were not spoken to at check-in. The rooms could only be occupied at 4pm. Nobody helped with the suitcases. You had to ask yourself where you could store your suitcases until you could get into the room. Room okay, but very noisy (street).
Very strange a**osphere, even at breakfast. Good thing we only had to spend one night there. The only thing that was positive was the swimming pool.
We would not book there again. Maybe they don't like foreigners there? Too bad!

This hotel is a fantastic place. Classic hotel with huge rooms, and spacious bathroom. The best part is an outdoor pool, its clean and very big. I absolutely enjoyed a week staying in Howard Plaza. Strongly recommended.

Room is big, breakfast is not bad, nearest metro is less than 10 mins walk away from hotel and quite easy to find. Staff are helpful and friendly. Behind the hotel has a huge supermart but we didn't have time to explore. Overall a really good stay. Will consider staying here again!
