Avis : Kindness Hotel (Kaohsiung Station)

Proche de la station Zuoying, vraiment très pratique ! C’est propre et le buffet nous était offert, ce qui est vraiment appréciable ! Je recommande ☺️

Location is great, close to the Kaohsiung Station and 20mins away from the airport. Staffs are really nice and good service. Their breakfast starts at 7am and because I have to catch up a train at 7:10, they prepare a meal for me to take away at 6:30.

We stayed at this hotel in March. While this review is in English, we communicated to them in Chinese. We also observed that they could converse with simple English with the international guests. Service - The hotel staff were friendly. We were greeted upon entering the door, and attended to immediately. The check-in process was fast. They also explained to us about the amenities - there is an enclosed area where we can chill, enjoy free drinks and ice cream. We were also entitled to one free drink from the par per day.  Even the housekeepers were friendly. There was an elderly housekeeper on Level 8 who greeted us and offered to guide us to our rooms - was impressed by this because I wasn't expecting this from any housekeeper from any hotel! The receptionist at the level 2 morning buffet hall was also very attentive. I was looking around for the toilet, when one of the staff saw me and asked me if I needed any help. Please keep this proactiveness up :) Food - The breakfast spread was huge and the food was scrumptious. Absolutely recommend. It has a mix of local ********* dishes and western food. I especially love the ********* food spread! (see photos for some of the food options, though i didnt take photo of everything). Room - The room was sufficient and clean. Housekeeping also does a great job at tidying the room. Location - Right next to Kaohsiung Main Station. I could walk directly to the hotel from the station - it seems like the renovation works that the earlier hotel reviews talked about has been resolved, so there is no longer a need to go to the hotel in a roundabout manner.  Super convenient. Other Amenities - They have washing machines, dryers, and even an ironing board! Powder detergent is provided too. This was something we really appreciated. Also, like what I earlier mentioned, they have a hall with the free-flow ice cream and drinks, which is a great place to chill and relax - especially at night after a long day of activities.  Overall, I will recommend Kindness hotel to those staying in Kaohsiung!

Highly recommended. Nothing short of excellence. Check in was fuss-free and we were given a complimentary upgrade. Room was very spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a sufficient spread and was very tasty. There was a laundry room downstairs with free detergent. The cafe area was large with free snacks which was a great place to hang out and chat. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in at a very affordable price. We truly enjoyed the experience.

Clean, staff very warm and welcoming. My room was ready for early check in. Love it. Breakfast spread is decent. I'm Muslim, so I just take food from vegetarian section.

Staff are friendly. Good location juz opposite the Kaohsiung main station, clean room, breakfast various choice. 24 hours Self service laundry and public area with coffee, tea, ice cream and biscuits. Will stay in this hotel again for the next trip.

Lovely stay at this hotel. The feel is a little dated but otherwise everything was very clean (especially for Taiwan standards) and they offer a welcome drink + all you can snacks + a pretty impressive breakfast buffet with plenty of vegan options. I would happily stay here again.

It's a pleasant stay, enjoy it very much! Super convenient location next to Kaohsiung Train Station, free flow ice cream and coffees & teas, FOC DIY laundry services.... Helpful and friendly staffs. Highly recommended, will come back again!

Good hotel. Breakfast was very good and wide selection. They offer free drink coupon for us. Also have free ice cream and drinks all the time.

WORTH EVERY MONEY! The location is great just in front of Kaohsiung main station. All facilities were magnificent! Including 24/7 free ice cream, coffee, snacks and even laundry service. You can also get a bottle of house brew beer as a complimentary everyday.

Nice location, clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Would definitely stay again!
