We first stayed here in 2022 and came again in 2025, not much has changed. The hotel’s direct access to the mall is definitely a plus point. However, the hotel operates in an AirAsia-style concept, where you have to pay extra for additional items like pillows. Our room only had two pillows and two bolsters, which isn’t very convenient when traveling with kids. That’s definitely a downside.

It's a nice hotel in the middle of the city. Finding something to eat around the hotel is so easy, especially since it's located in Trio Mall Kebumen. You can see the mountain from your room and from the restaurant where you have breakfast. Everything at the breakfast is tasty, but it doesn't vary much tho. I only stayed a couple minutes at breakfast cause there's nothing left to try. And it took so long to refill the empty food tray, I don't know why. The hotel was clean, even tho they only provide a tiny little bathroom.

Towels dirty with holes😓. Too unexpected for such a good hotel. Water free flow outside shower area was a scene too. Friendly staff gave us extra rug towel to solve the problem. A reminder, loud morning prayers as early as 4 am from temples outside could be a huge issue for light sleepers. By the way roooftop swimming pool & restaurant was a good place to relax. Food could be much better, though. Given all that the hotel is cost effective

My friend highly recommended me to stay in this hotel.. It is so good... Lots of variety for our selection in the breakfast buffet. View is also fantastic.. Everything is good...

Kami menginap 2 malam di hotel ini pd saat idul fitri. Kami request utk sarapannya di bungkus saja krn kami ingin silahturahmi ke rumah sanak saudara. Pelayanannya luar biasa. Lokasi dekat dgn alun2 kebumen

Untuk harga segini dengan fasilitas hotel yang ada kurang worth it ya sepertinya.. mungkin krn di Kebumen paling bagus jadinya bisa mematok harga tinggi, azana dikota lain yg pernah sy kunjungi jauh lebih murah dgn fasilitas yg sama. Kemudian dari deskripsi ada bathtub ternyata hanya pakai shower.. baru kemarin lusa sy menginap di hotel Jogja harga lebih murah fasilitas sangat amat lengkap, pelayanan jg lebiiih baik.. tolong utk jd evaluasi ya Trio Azana Kebumen.. terimakasih
