Hotel not recommended! Arriving on August 9, 2023, I immediately noticed some inefficiencies in the toilets. Specifically (as documented by the attached photos) absence of glass in the shower cubicle, defect of the shower head and floor drain completely raised and easily movable. I immediately requested a change of apartment but it was not granted to me and so I requested immediately and also in the following days the resolution of the problems exposed but they did not proceed. These problems caused, during the shower, water to leak from the shower itself and from the floor drain; water that inevitably settled all over the bathroom floor. In addition, the cleaning of the apartment did not take place regularly every day but only after urging the staff. On August 16, 2023, leaving the facility, I spoke to one of the managers asking for a small refund for the inefficiencies, I waited for a response from them for days, contacting them several times on the phone but to no avail. At this point I reported everything to the booking customer service and through them I learned that my refund request had been refused. Shame!

The reception staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy but there were areas of poor repair around skirting etc. The fridge turned off one night, defrosted mouldy ice water from the freezer compartment spoiling all the fresh food I left in there. The hotel is quite far away from the main populated areas. Two restaurants nearby were empty the first night, but the pizza place was really good and busy the next. €10 in a taxi into town. The apartments were better suited to Greek holiday makers. As an English woman alone it felt isolating. Although the bar tender was friendly, it was empty most of the time. The pool unfortunately was horrible, dirty water, full of leaves and disrepair of the lining. Extremely uninviting. The gardens were beautiful.

This is a nice place. Bungalow type apartments . Basic but with all the essentials. Very nice swimming pool. Supermarket and bakery and Pizza take away at top of road. Season hadn't really started when we were there so pool bar wasn't open. One english tv news channel. Very near corfu town 15mns walk or No. 8 bus at top left hand of entrance. Nice friendly people at reception.

Lovely staff, especially reception. Had a wonderful time relaxing for a week on my own. I felt very safe and well looked after, especially since I was on my own. The accommodation was lovely and spotlessly clean. The gardens are definitely a highlight. Tranquil and serene.

We booked Folies even though it was a long walk to town because of the outdoor pool and bar. However, the bar and pool were closed for the entirety of our visit (last week of October to first week of November). We didn't find this out until after we had booked. The place is beautiful and is filled with trees. The staff at reception were friendly. The place was clean apart from some mould in the shower. The cleaners who serviced the room did a great job. There is an oven/grill, kettle, hob and fridge with freezer compartment along with dishes and cutlery. We went to the Lidl close by to buy food and drinks. There are a few shops and pharmacies close by but not many places to eat and drink. We walked to town every day and it took around 25 minutes. I understand there is a bus available but we never took it.

Was fine enough for a place to sleep. However, the only reason we chose to stay here rather than the centre of Corfu Town was for the option of being able to chill out by the pool with adjoining bar. The bar was closed down the whole time we were there despite it even saying in the room it was 24 hours and also served breakfast. I totally understand that it’s October so there aren’t enough guests to justify it being open but at least advertise that fact on the booking sites and website. Also the room smelled a bit of the drains which is why they probably had air fresheners all over

Although the hotel itself is a charming place, its location next to a very busy and actually dangerous motorway is a serious handicap. I lost the 'island feeling' entirely. There were fairly regular buses to Kerkira, but standing there at the bus stop with the cars chasing by, I wondered each time why I had chosen that place.

We stayed here in May and would definitely stay here again! The staff are brilliant, so polite and friendly, very helpful suggesting local places to try and sights to see! The rooms are very spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. Location wise was ideal, just outside the town centre meant it was quieter and peaceful sleeping at night and by the poolside, when we arrived we were also given the bus timetable to get into and out of the centre of town which was ideal to make use of the public transport! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others coming to corfu!

We stayed at the hotel 2 days. Eve , at the front desk was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The room was big,modern and clean. We definitely chose it in our next visit in Corfu!!!
