酒店比較老，設施比較陳舊，特別是衞生間很小，淋浴間是衞生間更小的一小塊，房間有味道，插頭佈局很不合理，服務水平也有待提高，不值得推薦

Le personnel de cet hotel est juste exceptionnel. Ils sont toujours disponible, le contact toujours naturellement agréable. Les plats servis sont succulents. L'endroit est magnifique, malheureusement je dormais dans un autre endroit. Je venez juste retrouver mes autres collègues et profiter du restaurant. Mais j'etais aussi bien traité que mes collègues qui y logeaient. Merci à tous.

This is a good hotel however the adjacent construction site works 24 hours. I arrived very early in the morning and needed what remained of the night to sleep. That was impossible with the noise from the construction site. They use heavy machinery all through the night with constant beeping as the excavators reverse (which they do a lot). I don't know why they are allowed to do it. There are other residences around the construction area and it must be miserable for them. I moved room for the second night and had a really good sleep. Everything else was good.

Very friendly. Very clean. Good service. But be sure to book opposite of construction site. They tell you it will stop at dusk but the trucks will continue all night,. Had to change rooms at 11pm when I realized they were not going to stop. A hassle but they got us another room.

Light filled sunny good sized rooms. Decent breakfast. Shower poorly maintained - clogged sink, shower door wheels broken, tils broken and difficult to control water temperature. Staff was very helpful.

Nice Hotel. The room I had, the TV was not facing the bed. I'm not sure that this is how all the rooms are structured but it would be nice to lie in bed and watch TV. There is cable and also WIFI. The staff are courteous and nice. The buffet is on point and there is a swimming pool. Would recommend.

On a recent flight to South Africa, my sons and I had a 14 hour stopover in Kigali and the airport arranged for us and other passengers to stay at Lemigo Hotel. It was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise! The service we received was of the highest standard...everything from the service of the staff to the food and the cleanliness of the rooms was of the best quality. Would highly recommend them. Thank you!

The staff and service are very good. The hotel is perfectly nice, but has a weird layout with many stairs, half-stairs, teeny elevators, etc. Nice pool. Restaurant menu is extensive and the food is quite good. Large rooms with nice linens. Beds are hard. Nice views of kigali.

I was looking forward coming back in kigali and delighted. But Lemigo hotel has thrown to garbage my enthusiasm. From an oldy and dusty so called suit, a dark restaurant and a staff in lack of training and attitude (excepted Kelly & Nadia at front desk), my stay has rapidly turned into désastre. Unable to eat and sleep properly. An advise don't come here .!
