We had an amazing 2 nights stay here! Located about 5 minutes short walk from the train station, there were a convenience store and small supermarket directly across the hotel. We weren't expecting much when we booked as the photos look dated and it was a last minute trip but oh mine, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was large and although it was the old room, it had a certain charmimg character to it that we love. The bathroom was also big, clean and had a lovely large bathtub. I love the full range of toiletries they provided and was hoping to buy it in Tokyo to bring home but I couldn't. There was a common area on the second floor where water, juice and coffee were provided and we bought our own sake in the evening and sat there. We spent two peaceful evenings here after dinner and it was lovely. Our only complaint was the bed was rather soft and the pillows were flat. But we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Karuizawa.

Non loin de la gare Le train surplombe largement le volcan Asamayama. La propreté est très abordable. Convient aux personnes qui aiment l'atmosphère de l'arrière-pays

La nourriture est très délicieuse et les installations à proximité sont aussi très riches, ce qui est très bon. En particulier, je suis heureux de voir la belle chute du soleil sur la montagne de la décharge.

The hotel is located quite far from Karuizawa JR station. There is a pickup bus service every half an hour outside the south exit of the station. However the bus is very small and can be quite full at times, causing people to rush onto the bus. It would be better if the hotel could set up a better queue-up system or adjust the frequency of the pickup bus service. By the way you can deposit luggage at the customer centre next to the pickup bus stop and have them transferred to the hotel for you. I thought the hotel did not advertise the service enough as it is very useful and effective in creating more passenger space in the pickup bus. Breakfast at the hotel is not buffet style, so went to the Prince Karuizawa West hotel to have breakfast instead. During non-peak hours the hotel offers individual transportation for free so that is definitely a plus. The Momiji hot spring is definitely a must-visit. Clean, modern, hygienic, exactly what I look for in a hot spring. Overall service is excellent.

比想象的還要大很多，附近的樓都是相關酒店設施，早餐自助非常棒，都是現烤的麪包和新鮮蔬菜住的房間裏有榻榻米，需要注意前台下班時間是晚上八點，我十點的時候不幸在榻榻米邊上摔了，想去前台求助有沒有應急葯品，發現工作人員已經下班，建議來住的時候可以自帶一些創口貼應對突發狀況。

Il y a trois chambres dans la villa à deux étages, dont une avec quatre lits et l'autre deux lits. Chaque chambre dispose d'une baignoire. La source chaude en plein air de la chambre est très petite et ne peut accueillir qu'une personne, mais la salle de bain dispose d'un grand jacuzzi et d'une télévision. Les vacances sont vraiment super. La station de ski est toute proche et vous pouvez jouer dès l'âge de trois ans. Aolai a quelques grands noms qui sont encore chers. Le pot de sukiyaki et le teppanyaki de l'hôtel sont excellents. Si vous amenez des enfants, c'est plus approprié qu'Hoshino, et Hoshino Hot Spring ne peut pas y aller. La source chaude de l'hôtel est déjà très bonne. Il y a un grand supermarché, Delice, qui est à 15 minutes en taxi. Vous pouvez acheter des choses et cuisiner dans la chambre. La cuisine dans la chambre est très pratique. Le serveur peut faire la vaisselle. Il est parfait.

I initially planned to book a two-night stay but was hesitant due to mixed reviews about the hotel. Instead, I opted to book for one night to see if it met my expectations, intending to decide later whether to extend my stay. After dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, I made up my mind and chose to extend for an additional night. The reception staff spoke good English, making the check-in process smooth. The set dinner and breakfast were delicious, with the restaurant staff being polite and attentive. I must commend the chef for the effort in creating varied menus for both dinner and breakfast each day of our stay. The onsen was quiet and peaceful during my visit around 5 PM. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable; however, the lighting was too dim for my preference. The only downside of my stay was the weak Wi-Fi signal, not just in the room but throughout most areas of the hotel.
