Location is good, but customer care is lacking. Rooms are big but amenities lacking. Restaurant has limited menu, and takes 45 minutes to serve any dish. Hand faucet did not work. Not worth the money paid for the stay.

The hotel is in a wonderful location and staff is nice but it is in terrible condition. Cleanliness and maintenance is a big issue at the hotel. It has fantastic views of the sea but i wish it was shown some love and care by the owners.

Enjoyed very much. The reception people like zeenaa, restaurant and cool drinks outlet people like rajeev were kind enough and at the same time professional. Location of this resort is best.

Very nice view, the location is very nice and good to explore nearby cafés. The rooms are decently sized and neat. Little maintenance and upgrade needed in terms of furniture charging points, etc.

We did not stay in this Hotel, we only visited the bar/terrace for a drink. The bar has an exceptional view onto the Arabian Sea at the mouth of the Periyar River. This is a great place to chill out and watch the sunset while you observe the boats sailing in and out of the river. The Hotel is built on the perfect spot. I of course do not know how the service is for an inhouse hotel guest but I will comment that the bar/terrace woud eally benefit from a good dose of Managment. Over our several visits we thought it looked a liitle like a staff social club. Having said all that, if you are in Kochi this is a great place for a late afternoon drink.

We had the best room, with a fabulous sea view, but otherwise it was not a pleasant stay. The reception staff were rather awkward, maybe a language problem. The shower did not drain and the bathmat grubby. Breakfast was a non event,we never got our chai! We were lucky to find a room in a proper hotel elsewhere.

Excellent location and amazing place to stay. Good for family and also friends gathering. Not able to use dslr in premises is a drawback. Great service by staff and especially haripriya who helped us with early checking in.

Nice location. Breakfast decent. Rooms are bad - shower, locks nothing worked, poor hygiene. Very expensive. Overall not worth paying such a high price.
