J'ai bien aimé cet hôtel d'affaire face à la plage de Quillon, certes pas tout à fait 5 étoiles...Mais un bon 4 étoiles, mobilier stylé ancien dans les chambres du plus bel effet, 2 fauteuils confortables, grand lit, salle de bain avec baignoire, il ***quait quelques accessoires pour en faire un 5 étoiles, peignoirs, pantoufles, coffre, mais il y avait le pèse personne et la table à repasser... ainsi que le frigo. J'ai été surclassé en chambre Premium dont la baie vitrée face à la mer englobait toute la plage, superbe ! Ma chambre était fraiche sans clim. Le journal local était à la porte chaque matin. Buffet petit déjeuner bien achalandé pris dans un salle agréable, devant la piscine un peu décevante, quasi pas d'espaces tout autour pour un bain de soleil. Excellent rapport qualité prix, j'ai prolongé mon séjour de plusieurs nuits.

Stayed for 5 nights during my recent visit to Kollam. I've opted for Quilon Beach Hotel again as I've enjoyed my previous stay last year. However, the quality has deteriorated compared to last year. Rooms and associated infrastructure showed signs of ageing (AC and plumbing issues - was resolved promptly though) but at least were clean and comfortable. I believe the hotel is being refurbished as works were seen to be in progress on the upper floors. Hope rooms are returned to an improved state in the future. Buffet breakfast was impressive but I have to mention the service outside of main dining hours - a simple cup of coffee/tea/milk takes more than 45 minutes, in-room or restaurant dining. This was not the case last year and needs to improve immediately as it is very frustrating. Some of the staff looks to be inadequately trained and unable to understand basic English which warrants improvement as well. This hotel is definitely my choice whenever I visit Kollam but needs to improve significantly. Hope the hotel regains it's previous glory soon.

One of the best hotels I have visited till now. We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel and it was a pleasant experience. Easy access to the beach, a nice and peaceful place. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing The rooms have good views of the beach as well. The room was well-equipped and the service was excellent The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of varieties and really liked it Also likes the swimming pool with a guard available all the time, throughout the open hours. Proximity to the beach was another plus point for this hotel, which for me is the main highlight.

Great view of the ocean, very comfortable bed and bathroom. It even had a minibar. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The pool‘s oceanview is blocked by a government building they just built, which is a tad sad. Very accommodating, attwntive staff.

The biggest plus about this hotel is it's proximity to the beach and the excellent view. It's like watching sunset and sunrise from the comfort of your room. Got a glimpse of fishermen catching fish and selling it alive on the beach. Food was good, morning buffet too was nice. Cons:- They could maintain the property in a better way. The corners of rooms, balcony window , hotel's outside etc badly needs a good maintenance. The pool can be better too.

We stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights. Clean and neat. Food was good. The Front Office team is very helpful. The Hotel is on the beach and for a sub urban hotel it has the basic needs a hotel should have. The breakfast could be better as not much variety, something is missing in the cafe set up.

Very clean hotel although the corridors smelt slightly damp but not a big deal. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is right next to the beach so our room had a lovely beach view. The reception desk even rang us to let us know that breakfast would be closing soon i.e. come down and eat if we wanted to.

Empezaré por lo positivo, buenas vistas a la playa, que están cruzando una carretera. Lo demás, todo negativo. Habitaciones viejas, baños degradados, apretabas al inodoro, salía agua de la pared, las esquinas con moho, por los pasillos también moho. El servicio mal y lento. Pedimos cervezas al servicio de habitaciones y nos dijeron que estaban muy ocupados. Bajamos al bar a solicitarlas y había 3 camareros viendo el móvil . Tiene pinta de haber tenido su momento de gloria, y es una pena que con las características que tiene no lo hayan ***tenido. Lo que no se entiende es que sea un hotel de 5 estrellas.

A hotel located in the near the beach of Kerala in an idyllic site. The hotel has a well-appointed building with large comfortable rooms. Great facilities, gym, swimming pool etc. Great service, clean large rooms, ever ready to help staff, Great Breakfast most overseas expatriates yearn for. What does a traveller want more? No doubt we will visit this place next time too.
