We actually called the hotel to request if we can check in earlier and they did allowed us for 30min earlier before the time, fine customers service.
Unfortunately, booked for room with windows and twin beds on the Apps, but when checked in they gave us room with queen bed and no windows without informing , we did asked again to the counter but they said the room we requested all fully booked.
Hotel room provided Iron for clothes and hair driers inside the room’s which is rare for most affordable hotels nowadays. Water heaters and 3in1 drinks provided. But air conditioner temperature control is not working, so it’s not really cold inside the room, but just fine. TV works with wifi connection; can browse youtube, so good don’t have to watch Chinese classics shows (The main shows in every hotel TV, iykyk🤣🤣🤣)..
The location is great, just 4 min walk to One Borneo Mall entrance and 5-7min drive to Teluk Likas beach.
BUT, the main issues is parking space, the hotel have some small lots for hotel guests parking BUT, you have to pay RM10 for every time you enter. Means if you park one time pay RM10 then go out the parking and enter again they will charge you another RM10 and this will be included in you hotel bills when check out, another option is you have to use Mall parking, and pay following the parking rate. Not convenient for those who come by car.
At night we have Dinner with our organisations in the hotel functions rooms. And surprisingly they serve the food leftovers for breakfast. 🤣🤣🤣 they don’t provide any milk for drinks/ coffee . For those who have high expectations for fine hotels breakfast, I wouldn’t recommend to keep you expectations high here🤣.
But I felt touched and respect the hotel knowing they hired disabled (deaf) workers as their waiters & waitresses 🤍.
