Our apartment is fully air-conditioned with two bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It comes with tasteful modern décor and separate living areas. Kitchenette is limited to Microwave, Fridge, tea / coffee making facilities and basic cutlery for 4. It seems to come down to management. I’m truly curious about the staff’s training because their professionalism is lacking. When we came in, the three ladies stayed seated “working on Facebook”, only after I tried to make eye contact did they look up. Later in our stay, a young man and woman in the resort uniforms cut in between our group going through a doorway. It was a little odd but I thought they might be other guests but then I saw they were employees. There seems to be no concern for respecting guests. I agree with the negative breakfast buffet feedback- yikes. It was a true waste of money when we could’ve done much better calling in our own food or preparing ourselves. The beach is dirty but quiet and that was nice for our young children.

I like this resort bcos its near the beach. Breakfast buffet was good! Fruits were fresh. Although there some stains on the sofa cushion, its ok. I didnt use them. The toilet was huge!

Need to drive there. Large resort with many rooms but not all occupied. Quite a few facilities but they obviously cannot handle if the occupancy rate is 50% or more. The ”water park” is a small playground, the pool there is quite dirty and obviously not cleaned for a long time. The other deeper pool was cleaner though. The retail shop was quite well stocked and not that expensive. Breakfast was mostly Asian food, good luck if u have food allergies. Seafood restaurant was not bad. The ”private beach” area is just a backdoor from the hotel, no demarcation, beach towels or beach chairs provided.

Un début assez chaotique (chambre avec deux lits queen size au lieu d’un grand lit et salle de bain pas très propre) mais tout a été réglé avec efficacité et même quelques petites attention en plus L’endroit est très joli, les piscines et la plage très agréables Tout le personnel est gentil. Cependant je trouve que le « food and beverage » reste très cher même pour un 5 étoiles. Une salade césar avec 3 petits morceaux de poulet ou une salade niçoise avec des haricots verts crus et 2 cuillères à café de thon pour plus de 50 RM c’est un peu abusé. Les boissons aussi sont très chères. Par contre les prix des deux restaurants est à la hauteur de la qualité. C’est vraiment très bon 😋 Il y a aussi des petites réparations à faire un peu partout ( porte des toilettes de la piscine qui ne ferme pas, chasse d’eau qui fuit, tuyau de la douche de notre chambre qui était percé ou bouton pour ajouter le pommeau de douche ou le jet cassé …..) C’est dommage car du coup cela baisse un peu le niveau de l’hôtel

Everytime i go to pengerang, this hotel will be my choice to stay. The room is quite interesting becoz it was originally 2 storey of cabin/container. The room is big, clean, and for me it was beautiful. There was a swimming pool for adult & kids. The only thing that i a bit dislike is the room did not provide iron & board and also dont have hair dryer. At beginning of stay here i usually ask for the iron. But they took so long to sent it. So a bit dissapointed with the service.

Everything was perfect. From the welcome drink, to the room, to the amenities, superb. Best part we like that the pool is infused with music when you dive in. The only thing we did not like, the room that was allocated to us was rather far. So there's a bit of walking. Other than that, the service was good too! Tip Top!

Overall ok..terbaik. sebelah swimming pool ada pantai. Pantai sangat best. Pemandangan yang sangat cantik. Recommended
