Location is the only good thing about this place. Kind and helpful staff. Rooms are over priced. Internet was not working. We took 2 superior double rooms. The bathrooms was very dirty and smelly. Rooms were poor. There was nothing nice at this place and its not worth the money.

Great location. Kind and helpful staff. Rooftop restaurant is good. Rooms are over priced for the quality. Internet was not working. We took 3 double rooms. The shower was not working in one room, and water overflew the Bathroom. Breakfast is average.

This review is about the roof top bar and restaurant only, as we did not stay there. We were a group of 8 people, (2 families). The waiters appeared a bit shy, but courteous and pleasing indeed. There ends the good experience. The soup came out good enough, but the Chicken-steak was horrible with aggressive usage of salt. "Fish molly" was as salty and watery as the Arabian Sea, such that it looked like they just washed the vessel which they used to make the real Fish molly for some one else. We complained and received a polite but wry smile back. Knowingly, we did not offend them, so I am not ready to say this is deliberate. I am 50 now. In my lifetime, I never had food this bad in a restaurant with this standard. Incredibly horrible food, and do we visit the restaurant again or recommend it ? Never !!

The only positive about this hotel is it's location. Apart from that the room, service, linens everything is sub standard. I would avoid this hotel next time especially when I am travelling with family. We couldn't use the AC as the remote wasn't working and they didn't do any thing replace or repair it.

Terrible, never seen rooms so badly maintained in spite of being a seasoned traveler. Lights not there in corridor, floor sticky to walk on, terrible bathroom and had the sinking feeling that sheets have not been washed either 😪. A new experience was Room service has to be paid in the room and it's not added to the bill! Checked out the next day! Totally avoidable place.

Sea Queen Hotel Kozhikode Don’t go to sea queen for godsake 874037309 Pathetic place — below par staff service —-low quality food —high rate —-made me and my boys sit in the roof top bar rather than in family section …no common sense —-will never go there again ——pls note families should not go there as they got staff standing right behind your table and perv … food was terrible ,pls go somewhere else —-it’s not old sea queen what

It was a big mistake booking this property. It is an outdated lodge called 3* hotel. The ***agement and staff are only concerned about running the bar and don’t care about the room customers, because they get all their Monet form the bar. By 8 pm this hotel was full of country cheap drinkers. Very bad place to stay washrooms are very bad curtains are old and faded overall 0 stars
