We spent 3 nights here with kids and I must say that everything was excellent. Hotel room clean, spacious, beds comfortable, shower large and modern. The hotel comes with the slide at the swimming pool, my kids enjoyed and loved it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others with kids. Thank you for your hospitality and lovely staffs.

On our 3rd trip to Krabi, 2nd time staying here. The hotel has a beautiful mini water park with fast slides, which is great for older kids or even adults. We were allowed to check in early after checking out and walking over from a neighbouring hotel at noon, appreciated that! Rooms are clean and comfortable, location is good with restaurants and shops nearby. The kids wished that we could stay longer. Would definitely consider staying a 3rd time in the future if we come back to this area.

The room is fine but service is poor. My daughter forgot her doll while we arrived and waited for check-in. We requested to see the CCTV but the officer said ‘ You had to wait until tomorrow at 8 am’. Next morning we asked the front officer again and they said ‘You can come to see at noon’. Then I checked out at noon and asked them about CCTV, the officer told me to see at 2 pm. What’s????? You postpone 3 times. Your service mild is very bad. If you think it just a doll, it’s not. It’s a Kid feeling which hope to hug her doll again. I will not go to this hotel again and forever.

The hotel located far away from the Ang Nang beach and the hotel room has too many mosquitoes. We got bite every night special my child has infection his skin. The ABF not so good compared to the room I paid ( 3 night for 12000 bath ) finally, the hotel check after 4 pm and check out 12 noon, I requested check out late a bit right 2 pm because my flight was 8:00 pm and I have a little kid with me but the hotel staff doesn’t care my requested. Finally, I won’t recommend this hotel, this area has cheaper price and better location.

Booked and paid for 6 days and left after 3. The hotel was OK. The pool was OK. And the staff were OK. But didn't go all the way to thailand for OK.
There are alot better hotels for similar money
