Absolutely fantastic! Could not have been better; from the airport pick up to our stay at the wonderfully situated, clean, quiet, comfortable apartment, the room to safely leave our bags after check out and the clear, prompt communication from the host. I would highly recommend this property and if we return to Krakow I won't even look anywhere else, Koron 7 will be my 1st choice! A huge thank you for making our stay perfect!

From booking the apartment to walking through the door, we had no problems at all. Any questions I asked were answered quickly and clearly. We booked the deluxe 2 bed apartment with city views. We were told we would be messaged before 3pm on the day of arrival and we were, The email contained full instructions and codes to gain access through the main gate, to use the lift and to access the apartment. No problems with any of them and we were very impressed when we entered. The apartment is huge. It is extremely well equipped for storage. Every room has shelves or drawers. You will not struggle to unpack and find a space for everything. There is a separate shower room and toilet, 1 bedroom with walk in wardrobe, kitchenette, large screen tv and a 2nd bedroom which is a mezzanine floor. I am always honest in my opinions and so I need to mention 2 negative things about the apartment as they may concern you. Right by the lift (3 foot away) are the bins and on our day of arrival (Sunday) they were overflowing and not smelling too good. The second thing to mention is that the mezzanine floor is 7-8 foot up and there is no rails or walls between it and the floor. Not suitable for younger children at all. My son is 12 and we were concerned about him falling. The ceiling height of this mezzanine floor is no more than 4 foot so you can not stand up. As I said, these are the only two problems we had. If you are looking for a great place to stay in a perfect location, look at this apartment. You will not be disappointed.
