L'état général du logement attribué est tout juste acceptable, malgré le type de chambre qui semble totalement différent des photos. Il y avait deux lits doubles côte à côte dans l'unique chambre, contrairement à la photo où il n'y en avait qu'un seul dans chaque chambre. Le point le plus décevant était la longueur des délais du service. Tout d'abord, aucune procédure claire d'arrivée et de départ n'a été communiquée avant notre arrivée. J'ai essayé de me renseigner sur les disponibilités pour une arrivée anticipée, mais, outre le fait d'insister sur le supplément horaire pour une arrivée anticipée et un départ tardif, la personne responsable n'a jamais répondu à mes questions et m'a même demandé si j'avais bien réservé, alors que je lui avais déjà transmis ma confirmation de réservation la veille et que j'avais même reçu sa réponse. Le plus décevant, cependant, c'est lorsque nous avons découvert que la climatisation de la chambre fuyait, alors que nous deux, qui dormions juste en dessous, avons été réveillés par des gouttes d'eau en plein sommeil. Après avoir signalé le problème au responsable, nous avons reçu non seulement une réponse tardive, mais aussi une vérification superficielle nous indiquant que la climatisation ne devrait pas avoir de problème, sans l'intervention d'un technicien pour une vérification approfondie, sans aucun outil (la réceptionniste est venue vérifier sans outil), et a ignoré ma demande de changer de chambre. Les toilettes dégageaient également une odeur nauséabonde indescriptible en permanence.

J'ai passé environ 4 jours chez ma famille et j'en suis ravi. Spacieux, propre, avec de nombreux équipements et à proximité des transports en commun… un vrai bonheur. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Overall, the room is for an overnight stay, nothing more. The declared view of the tower was not there. A very strong smell from the shower drain throughout the apartment, when we opened the net, we saw worms inside😶 There is a kitchen, but no cooking utensils, there is a washing machine, but no powder, there are sockets, but it is without USB, we had to buy an adapter for 220. A lot of other people's hair in the room, especially at the entrance and on the carpet. The sofa has collapsed on one side and it is impossible to sit on it.

No wifi and towel provided. Tissue and shower foam were obtained after we requested. Bathroom cleanliness was bad and smelly. Overall, bad experience with Lila Suites.

RM200 deposit is required via online banking. Promptly returned in cash form upon check out. Please contact the number provided to get check in information. If you drive using Waze, it will guide you to the main road, so use the Google location provided by the PIC in WhatsApp (parking entrance is at the back). Call upon arrival to get the room number, key and car park location from PIC at the lobby. When check out, also call to return key to PIC at lobby. Gym is well equipped. There is a connecting bridge to Quill City Mall next door at L2. Service wise, PIC prefers you to call. We didn't have iron in the room and called to request for one. Took us a few msg and calls before they managed to get the iron ready. Advisable to state inside special request and remind the PIC before your check in. Bathroom has some smell from the ventilation, might be the same for all the units. Layout is spacious and nice. Bed is a bit too soft. Sound proofing is quite good considering that it is by the main road. Wifi connection is good. We did our online meetings without interruption. Shampoo and body shampoo provided. One of the bath towels has some smell. Kitchen and fridge working well. Overall is worth the value and very convenient. Will be good if can fix the smell in the bathroom (still bearable). Next to Medan Tuanku Monorail. For the key card for lift and car park entrance, the response time might be a bit slow so jz hold to scan for a bit longer.

The room is excellent, but we are not able to check out early and are not able to contact the person who checks in us. We have to wait till 12pm check out time

Strategy location, walking distance to shopping mall, will come back to stay here! Much better if can provide bathroom mat & kitchen towel..

The host was really helpful & accommodating. Bed were comfy & Medan Tuanku Monorail just one step away from the back entrance 😃

공항에서 숙소도착후 호스트가 오기까지 40분 넘게 기다렷습니다. 문을 열어줘야 하니까요? 숙소 정말 지저분하고 않 좋습니다.

這間比較像是服務式住宅，但是配套與酒店冇分別。大廈設有游泳池、健身室、休憩大堂等等，房間內空間亦10分大，浴室乾濕分離，四人入住空間感亦足夠，推薦。
