Nice hotel for overnight stay. But the air conditioner of my room was not that cool. By the way, I love their foods on breakfast. Overall all good.

The front desk staff showed no smile, making for a less than pleasant start to our stay. The shower in our room didn't provide hot water. We chose the ocean view, but next time we'll stay at a different hotel.

Everything was fine except their service... Check in very late... Must wait long time also saw a lot of other people also getting angry because late check in and service issues... Mainly in the reception

First impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere. Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app. Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down. Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious. It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.

The room has reasonable facilities and is of a decent size. But the AC won't work after you pull out key card, making it extremely humid and hot. All bedding has some sort of stains on it, and after replacement of a new set they change another dirty set in the following day. But staffs are lovely.

Everything was very good. The AC was a bit weak. It took 8 hours to really cool down even with the bathroom door closed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We paid for the cheapest room and still got an excellent condition king size bed! The breakfast buffet was very good. I used the massage chair every day (4 days). The view of the sea and sky was spectacular!
